It takes a long time for my hair to lift, and then I feel like she left the toner on too long. The color of my hair was absolute horrible. It looked darker and gray. When I wanted a platinum extremely light blonde I called them and I explained that I was not happy with the outcome went back and hoping that somebody else would be doing my hair and they Had the same girl do my hair that I wasn't happy with in the first place I went in and I was telling her what I wanted and why I wasn't happy. She started to argue with me about the toner. I was hoping somebody would be there to guide her through this process because obviously she is new. The owner did not come around until it came to the toning. After she toned my hair she did not rinse it all the way out. I was supposed to go out that evening, but I could see and feel the toner still in my hair. I was so annoyed at this point that I just left. I had to go home and wash the toner out myself my hair is now gray and has purple and blue streaks in it having my hair highlighted twice within three weeks has done existential damage to it so I can't even go and get it fixed because it would all break off
