However when i picked by car up there were a number of problems with it - fuse gone so i had no windscreen wipers/ air conditioning etc, there were bits of glass everywhere suggesting a smashed window (i had payed for valeting) and the bumper at the front right side fell off after only driving for a few miles to Birmingham. Took a long time to get them to fix these problems (at least two weeks) and they were not particularly helpful. Generally good cars but very disappointing after service.

Your car will be in and out in no time, and that annoying task of having to get a new tyre/tyres can be ticked off your to-do list without too much anguish, and without having to shell out too much cash. It is a bit dark and dingy and if you have to wait in the waiting room take a book with you but for the cash you save its well worth it.
