Bought a newish BMW from these guys. I dealt with Dean, the owner, I believe. I think the issue is that though Dean is well-meaning, when it comes down to customer service, he's let himself down badly. I found I had to chase him incessantly to get him to sort out a problem which was never sorted out adequately. Make sure that anything promised is written on paper, I very nearly took him to Trading Standards due to his lack of effectiveness post-sale. I know he's trying to earn a living like all of us, it's just that the experience I had there would not make me keen to recommend him. Shame, as I say, he's not a bad bloke. Wake up, Dean. read more
