The mechanic said that he would not charge us. We continued to work the next day on the logs and the hydraulic oil had a leak and Smithworx said they would give a discount but instead they charged us with 260 dollars extra. They said that they charged me for gas and the hour the mechanic took to fix the tire. I have three witnesses to the mini skidder machine getting filled including myself. They also will not respond to you if you call them with a problem you have with there billing. I tried to get a hold of them for over a month today I found out what they charged me extra for. I wonder if this is a pattern for this company if so text if this has happened to you?
