It did not used to be so horrendous and there's the same amount of small animals as before, so it's a cleaning issue. On the bright side, if you're looking for a groomer Rosa is top notch! 5/5 for her. I won't likely shop here until it gets cleaned but I'll continue to take my dogs here for grooming.

The worst part about having to do touch-up paint on walls is the number and colour no longer exist - even though the paint is from the same company. We had great help today. His service was top-notch. He was friendly and calm, and tested different colours to come up with the closest match. Even though the colours were off when we tested it on the wall, it's his service that made us remember him. Good job, Ace, for hiring such a special person.

And, the two dogs I bring in absolutely love going here to get their monthly grooming. When I tell them we're going to Bark Avenue, they explode with excitement and bolt to the car. It is obviously a high point in their monthly routine and has never happened with any other past groomers. Making certain that my dogs are happy means everything to me. I asked for a range low to high on pricing. He was reluctant but said i am not cheep. I said i agree. He then prceeds to tell me it sounds like you are just looking for the cheapest way out so take it to TrueValue. I told him not to make assumotions about what i am looking for or how much i am willing to spend. He got really crass at that point and told me to take it somewhere else. I reminded him this is a small town and you should not treat people like this. He could care less. He apperently feels like he is gods gift to small enigine repair. Well guess what. I will take my business else where not because of pricing but because if his I dont give a crap if i get your business or not attitude. I should mention durring the estimate conversation her was all over the place from 75 to 500. A wierd quote given that i told hime exactly what engine i have. He kept saying it depends on what you have even after i told him. He was clearly setting me up for a big price with the whole, yours was more expensive line after i brougjt it in. Thats why he would not committ to a price. I recommend you go where your business is appreciated. The stress of a broken yard implement is stress enough without the added stress of a shop insulting you and being non commital on price. Attitude is everything and this place has a very bad one. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
