Best Burger in the City....Where is the Love button...The Choppak is by far my favorite!!!!

I really liked their burgers!!! It was soo good not to taste a handful of salt and to have a burger cooked on a real grill!!!!!

This is a place you go when the other places are packed. Was in the area of Bucktown where all the hookers use to hang out, before the yuppies moved in! Try a Chop Pack, me and my buddies have a name for it, its called the FART BURGER. Think thier beef is mixed with soy, or who knows what else. If they didn't have good burgers I would never call... that being said, my office has ordered from them 7 times over the last month and not once have the got the order right NOT ONE TIME. I called today to make and order he put me on hold for about 4 mins came back on the phone and told me that delivery was an hour out. i responded by saying not a problem. he said next to "call back". so instead of him taking my order and it being here in an hour, I have to call to call back in an hour?!?!? what kind of brain wave is this moron on. the service is horrid the guy answering the phone seems like he hates his job and is not friendly at all what so ever. I have never "YELPED" anyone but this jerk brought this out of me. take it for what you will this place sucks as a whole! read more

Amazing claw machine. Also decent food but fantastic service! Fried zucchini was amazing. Quad burger was hilarious. Good shakes and fries.

I've been going and ordering from choppers for years, most recently the last four. The food is always great, burgers are the best but their delivery drivers are the absolute worse. Now these are their own drivers, not sourced from grubhub or uber eats or anything like that. I was so relieved today when the driver called and told me he was downstairs. Not because my food was here but because it was a different driver then the their normal who is just unprofessional and rude.because it's usually the normal driver I don't leave a tip on the card and instead keep cash to tip incase they send a different driver. I went downstairs tip money in my pocket and before I could even offer the man a tip he looked at me and told me "the least you can do is tip" I was speechless. Now first off me tiping you is not required, it's of you do a good job, show up on time, ect. Secondly, I had the damn cash tip in my hand it just wasn't on the card. Thirdly, how do are you demand me to give you extra money then what I paid for the service. Choppers, your drivers have finally done it. I will not be ordering anymore. read more

I would give them 5 Stars, but I experience so much difficulty when trying to order delivery from this place, which normally starts with a language barrier and them telling me I am out of delivery range (which is weird considering it was never a problem the first five times they delivered). read more

Thought I would give this place a shot, always see it on grub hub and drive past it allot. I had a double cheeseburger, price was great but the burger was two cafeteria style patties on a soggy bun that practically crumbled into pieces as I ate it. Fries were tasty though. I'll try it again but will not be getting a burger thats for sure. read more

This is not a bad place for Cheeseburgers, Fried Zucchini & Mushrooms. At all.....But the Polish Sausage sandwich, Is less-than-mediocre. The place has a number of interesting gumball & plastic schlock machines there. read more

I hope this feedback helps them improve their service. Today I saw the cashier, after handling money, helped handle food without putting gloves on. She helped finish an order by putting the top bun on a burger, handle fries, and pack food. Basically, she touched the food after handling money. That is a no no for me. I don't care what kind of food you sell, you don't touch people's food with your dirty hands. I'm not going back to this place. We also got part of the order wrong. THE STAR RATING IS A ONE TIME EVENT:.....Wow did they f*** up my take out order! I am a regular customer and placed a phone order with my regular basic burger preferences. Went I got home and opened up the package, I was astounded: they got every single condiment wrong (other than including extra pickles on the side, which I did not request). Too make things even worse, the sandwich had been "slathered" (not hyperbole) with mayo, which happens to be the one ingredient that I cannot stand, and results in extreme nausea when I have any contact with it. I know that this level of customer service is not typical and I definitely am giving them the benefit of the doubt. This is an amazing fast food joint! I live down the street, but whenever I do not feel like going into Chicago's weather; I usually call Choppers for a FAST Delivery. I usually get the cheese fries and shake. Although, I grew up eating one of my favorite things. The daily special. If you do not want to eat either of those things; everything for the Italian Beef to the pizza puffs are a HIT! I love to eat here whenever I feel like eating fast food or something that can easily satisfy my tummy. Everyone that are apart of their staff are extremely respectful and have the nicest personalities (especially when they start to recognize that you are a regular). Therefore, I really enjoy going here to grab an awesome, quick, and courtesy bite to eat. read more

Was looking for a place to have some greasy, tasty, delicious fast food goodness. Choppers caught my eye. I was impressed by the prices but not by the food. It was bland and seemed tasteless. I had a chicken sandwhich and a burger. The chicken sandwhich was just blahh and the burger was very disappointing. I am glad that i tried their food since i always pass by the place. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT! I placed an order today for delivery and the driver couldn't find my building. So he took my food back to the restaurant. I called them and asked them to try again. Once he finally found my place, which is a HUGE building by the way, my food was cold an the milkshake was melted. I asked the driver to take the food back and bring a fresh order. He proceeded to cus and yell at me calling me a effin B ect. Folks, I actually had to call the POLICE. The driver was gone so the police didn't come, however I was still able to file a report against him. I called the restaurant and they would not answer the phone so I had to ask my sister to call for me from a different number. The girl she spoke to was very rude to her, told her we weren't getting our money back or our food. So, I actually had to call my bank and file a claim to stop payment to this restaurant. WHAT A DISASTER! I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB. Steer clear of this place they are atrocious! read more
