I said to my husband, "Gee, I wonder what happened to our food?" He replied, "I have no idea, but if it isn't here soon, We've got to get it to go...." Well, by 12:40 we still have no food so we find a waitress, not our waitress (who we haven't seen since she brought our pop) to let her know that we need our food to go. At 12:45, here comes our original waitress, with a bag. She drops it off and returns a few minutes later with the debit machine. My husband's office is about 5 minutes from the restaurant. By the time we got there, our fries were soggy and all of the food cold. My husband's chicken fingers were of poor quality, more breading than chicken. I never did get to eat my salad, there was no fork in the bag, no napkins either. One other thing... our server either needs to buy longer shirts or higher waisted jeans. There is no reason that anyone's belly needs to be shared with customers. This was not the first time that we've seen this server dressing this way for work, and none of the other servers dress this way. Totally inappropriate. We were really happy when Joe's came to Lethbridge, but the service has gone down the tubes. If it was the first time we had mediocre food and lackluster service, I might have written it off, but it wasn't, so I'm not.

I'm sure that the berry turnovers, cinnamon twists, and rosemary pretzels would have been ever better had I warmed them up before serving.
