What a dissatisfying experience. On the food itself; my over hard eggs were cooked over well. There is a difference, IYKYK. The bacon is thin and it says two strips but each strip is half a strip in length. Asked for well done English muffin and it showed almost no browning when delivered. And the blueberry pancakes just aren't a great flavour. Combine all that with a glass of milk costing almost 1/2 the price of my early bird special, or looked at another way, 2/3 the price of a whole gallon for 1 glass. Absurd! On my way to the airport this morning, I had breakfast this morning at Cora's. I've been to Cora's across Canada a few times and ordered what I've always ordered ... blueberry pancakes. I don't have pancakes very often so it's a treat. They were really good today. The fresh blueberries were a bit tart which matched well with the sweet cream. Really great portions for the cost! I wouldn't say it was the most fine dining I've ever had, hence the 4/5, but if you're looking for a nice brunch place in Lethbridge, this is a great option! A HUGE variety on the menu as well. Very pleased! read more

Loved this place. So many healthier choices. Very busy on Sunday and took awhile to get our food. It was worth the wait. The service was awesome. Our server was helpful and friendly. The Avril 89 is fantastic, out of the world. Whenever I'm in Quebec, I always have breakfast at Chez Cora's and I always get the 89.

This was probably the most disappointing breakfast I've ever had to pay for. We had to wait for an hour to get our food. The only reason we got our breakfast this morning was because we bothered a waitress who wasn't our own. It seems like they panicked realizing they didn't make our food. My potatoes were raw on the inside and burnt on the outside. My friends cheese wasn't melted. By the end we were all disappointed and had to go to McDonald's cause none of us finished our food. OUTSTANDING!!! The raspberry crepes stayed true to the taste of raspberries versus being drowned in sugar. I had the bosses favorite and holy smokes enough food to feed an army. The second time came to Cora in the City of Lethbridge. It's a great place to eat healthy breakfast. There are so many healthier choices in Cora. The portions of food were huge with fresh fruits. The fruit was very fresh and delicious. Everything tastes great. The service was excellent, fast order, and friendly. If you have any concern about your order, you should definitely ask them. Their suggestions were very helpful for your order. The price of the food was reasonable and worth. The environment of the restaurant is nice, clean and cheerful. Except for the almost inevitable long lineups, I've been happy with Cora's. The food has been tasty and generous and the servers decent. So my disappointing last visit was a surprise. The bacon/onion/mushroom quiche lunch special was bland, containing uncooked flabby bacon and what seemed to be tinned instead of fresh mushrooms. The accompanying green salad had an unappetizing dressing which I overheard another table returning as "tastes like it's going bad". My dining companion had the same dish and echoed my opinions on it. Perhaps declining quality explains the lack of a lineup at the start of this visit? read more

I had a poor experience when I went to Cora on Monday. There was a hair in my food and while the server apologized and asked if I wanted it remade I decided that I was no longer hungry. Instead of taking the meal off the bill right away and having the manager come by, our server left for a couple minutes and came back saying they could give me a 50% discount. I had to ask to speak to the manager in order to get the meal fully taken off. I'm a server too and I know for a fact discounts and food issues are manager territory. The fact that it took so long to get a 50% discount and that it wasn't taken off right away tells me a lot about the management there. They don't care about their customers, they're just focused on making money read more

Iv only been here once when they first open, from what I remember it was very tasty! I had the eggs Benedict and it was very good! Came with hash browns and a fruit salad, very tasty and filling! At the time it took us over 30 minutes just to get in! But they are great so I can see why! We tried getting in a couple of months ago and same thing huge line! We have always wanted to try Cora ' s but forget every trip. Well not this time. Our family loves a good breakfast and this did not disappoint. Decided to give this place a try after hearing so many good things, but were hugely disappointed. We had to practically chase down our server any time we wanted a coffee refill, and the food was very "meh". The fruit served with the meal was on the verge of going bad and the eggs benny was bland. Arriving near the middle of the day to an all but empty restaurant the family and I fell under the delusion of expedient or at least reasonably fast service. What we were treated to was 80 minutes of waiting for food that was sub-par at best. A Burger that was hopelessly bland with a side of Potatoes that looked like they had met the wrong end of a Dishwasher, Crepes that needed to be chiseled through with a side of soggy French Toast, and a Club Sandwich that would have been better off being used as its namesake. This place was awesome!! Stopped here from out of town for brunch. Portions were huge and fresh, coffee was abundant, server was super friendly and understood all of my gluten free concerns.
