Bbq Baked Beans , Cheese Grits , Rolls , and Sweet Tea. The Ribs were tender and good. They have 2 Bbq Sauces on the table and I asked the waitress if they have any others and she said yes , a Honey and a Smoky Spicy one. I asked for the Smoky Spicy to try. I liked the Dry Rub side better and with the Smoky Spicy Bbq Sauce on the Dry Rub was the Winner. The Wet Side was Original Bbq Sauce and it was kind of plain to me. They also had this on the table with a Hot Bbq Sauce that was more or less like Texas Pete / Louisiana Hot Sauce. The Bbq Baked Beans were really good. The waitress said they are the best in town and I would probably agree even though I haven't been to any other bbq place in the Memphis area. The Cheese Grits were okay. They used like a White Cheese I think. I love Grits , but they could've did a little better on these. The Rolls were like yeast rolls like Texas Roadhouse , but better , melt in your mouth and you don't even need to put any butter on them. Sweet Tea was just right , not too sweet or not enough sugar. They had a display of their desserts , which looked good , but I was too full to have any. There is also a Bar if you want to have a drink and some appetizers. A wall with lots of pictures of Celebrities who have dined at Corky's is on display. Elvis and Little Richard are sitting at a table above the dining area watching to see how you like the Bbq. They sell shirts and sauces if you want to take some home. The menu is pretty large , so lots of choices for you to try. There is also an upstairs area for dining. If I lived here or was visiting for a while I would come back and try more. I usually prefer a more Mom and Pop place , but this was very good , much better than the Bbq I've had in Oklahoma.
