I just want to give a shout out to everyone at the Chop Shop Barbers! I've been taking my grandson there to get his haircut for a couple of years.. they all do a great job and he feels great walking out.. (he's 8!) When I walked in today... Corey asked me if I left my Stanley cup there the last time I was there..(2 months ago!) and I looked over to my amazement... And yes, it was mine... I knew I left it behind somewhere, but I had no idea where. They not only remembered me... But they held onto it ..saving it for me ..two months later!! I can't say enough good things about the shop... My grandson visits from Texas during the summer and over Christmas break and we always make a point to go back to the Chop Shop! He loves having Ryan help him... But I will say today I watched Cash give a boy about nine or 10 a great haircut that had style and an edginess... That took him back to school feeling great! Love this place!! read more

I came into Omaha on a weekend trip looking shaggy and needing a quality fade. I found the business via yelp, and chose Chop Shop over many others based off of high reviews. Made my way over, and waited less than 5 minutes before the barber was ready for me. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, but he was former military and spent some time based in Hawaii where I'm from. I told him how I like my fade, and he delivered perfectly. He was very friendly and we chatted it up the whole time. The service is great, the vibe is awesome, and the prices are super reasonable especially with the quality of cut received. Would gladly return again!! read more

Going in today, I was skeptical, not because of this shop, but I had a really bad experience at a SPORTS CLIPS, and didn't have a lot of trust with someone and my hair. I walked in and Ryan, middle seat, said hey and we got to work on the hair. He talked everything out, he didn't ignore me or do his own thing. He communicated all the way through about what I was looking for and how he planned to get there. Great conversation and when we got to the end, he asked for my opinion and if there was anything I wanted to change. I asked him questions about what I saw and he always said he could do anything I wanted, but why if he did this my hair would look like that. He explained how my hair laid and if he did certain things it could make my hair look goofy on the back or making a change on the side could change how the topped look. He didn't make me feel bad about my questions, he was just honest about what could happen. He gave me a clean cut and my hair looks great compared to how I stepped through the door. Ryan is experienced and customer friendly. Thank you, Ryan, I will be back for sure! read more

Found this place through reviews as we are just traveling through so I had to leave one of my own. Great ambiance, super friendly employees, really took the time to listen and understand what the customer wanted. My son is a tough kid to please and has never liked a haircut, but walked out of this place saying he really liked it and they did good. That is definitely a 5 star review in my book! read more

Easy breezy joint. Name goes on the board, hang out & get called to a chair. Solid cut & very reasonable $. Will be back...

Walk-ins only! But I love coming here, good cuts, and fair prices. If you are curious if they are busy just check the shop webcam online. Korey is great guy and does a good job. read more

Awesome barbershop my partner and I went in to get haircuts after we saw it had the highest rating in Omaha. Now I can see why, they did an awesome job. Deb and Ryan were great, if you need a good barber come here. Just know it's cash only, so get cash on the way but they do have an atm if needed. read more

I had never been to this establishment before and was a tad overwhelmed by the amount of hair on the floor when we entered. Cory took care of my nephew, Gabe, and was kind, engaged and thoughtful. As a specially-abled adult, Gabe is usually overlooked and not considered. Cory talked to him throughout the haircut and this made Gabe so happy. The haircut was handsome and the respect to Gabe spoke millions to me! read more

The best barbershop in town. All 3 barbers do a great job. Cash only and no appointments. Check the shop webcam so you get an idea of the wait time before going in. read more

Love the cuts done here. This is the place all the males in my family go. Highly recommend for a quick quality haircut. read more

Chop Shop Barbers - Barbers Near Me - Omaha, Nebraska

This place is epic. Great haircuts, beard trims, good price and great people. I strongly recommend stoping by.

Coming from the east coast I was use to a certain haircut. When I moved out to Nebraska I was worried I wouldn't find a barber who can do the job as good, then I met Ryan at Chop Shop Barbers and he did an amazing job. I drove 30 minutes just to get my cut from him for 3years. Top notch barber shop, highly recommended! Oh and if you have kids that need a haircut, this is the spot. I took my 1yr old son there for his first haircut and they did amazing. No complains from me in over 3years. Hats off to you gentlemen! read more

I was in Omaha visiting family and desperate for a haircut. All I have to say is that I am happy to have found this place. Deb not only fixed a few issues from a previous cut but I have to admit this is the best haircut I can remember getting in a long time. I've had multiple compliments when I got back to Austin. If I could I'd fly up just to get my haircut here! read more

I first used Chop Shop Barbers back in August of 2012 and have never gotten my hair cut anywhere else since. They are consistent with every cut, very friendly and thorough with the trim they give you. They know how to properly taper hair with the trimmers so even when your hair starts growing out, it looks great! This type of skill seems to be a lost art and is hard to come by these days and is why they remain a true barber shop. Don't bother with the gimmicky 'sports' themed hair cuts that the chain shops do with employees that happen to read a manual on how to run some clippers. If you want a great looking trim from skilled barbers that care about how your hair looks, give Chop Shop a try and you'll see why they're the best in Omaha. read more

Five stars easy to find easy to get in, great service. They defiantly take pride in their work. I would highly recommend this place read more

Chop Shop Barbers - Had a really good experience the barbers very friendly and it was a very nice and pleasant experience. - Barbers Near Me - Omaha, Nebraska

I lived in 5 states in USA and this is the best hair salon i ever visited. I recommended to couple of my friends and even they liked the service very much. Its little pricy when compared to great clips but i feel that they deserve it.They accept only cash or checks. read more

We are from out of town and needed to get the kids haircuts. I wish we had this barber shop near our home because they were way above average. The barbers took time on our boy's hair and gave them one of the best haircuts they have ever gotten. They were friendly, efficient, and the price was about the same as Sports Clips. Of course you will not get the same quality of a cut as we got here. Once they found out we were from out of town they gave us suggestions of the local food to eat and places to visit. I would not hesitate to bring my kids back here again! read more

All three of the barbers here are awesome! Highly recommend this place - prices are great! Use the webcam to plan when you go. Saturday's are super busy and always worth the wait. read more

Awesome first experience- will definitely be traveling across town to come here. Kids hair came out great and Korey was having full conversations with them. They had a blast! read more

The haircut was good but the shop floor was filthy! When I walked in and saw the floor I almost walked out. There must have been 10 different haircuts on the floor with the white neck savers also still there. After I was none the next guy moved right in with no cleanup. I am writing this review to help the barbers, all three stalls were terrible but I did get a good haircut. read more

Super fast and friendly haircut here. I'm a simple shave it all off kinda guy, and they set me up in near-record time.

It's taken my husband a long time to find a place like this in Omaha. They're super friendly, old school and unpretentious. His hair is always clean and mean when they're done! They also blend perfectly into his beard. read more

Both times I've been there I've left very pleased. Ryan was my barber on both visits and he does a very thorough job. I'm sticking with this place. read more

The best Barbers in Omaha. From US Senators to average Joes like me. You'll know the difference when you're getting compliments on your haircut from random people. This place is consistent and accurate with their cuts. Shout out to Korey, Deb and Ryan! read more

I never realized what I was missing out on before I started going to the chop shop. I used to go to great clips and I always thought they were decent. Although, now that I have been to the chop shop I won't allow anyone else to cut my hair. They do a fantastic job every time and they are some of the coolest people to just have a conversation with. It's walk ins only but I still get out of there pretty fast. Usually about 15-30 minutes. Definitely recommend this barber to everyone. read more

I came here because of the reviews. I'm from out of town and need a haircut for a wedding. They are not open at their posted times. Disappointing read more

I walked in on a weekday around lunchtime and was immediately seated. The barber here spent a LONG time on my hair, he really took his time to do a quality job. When I realized that I didn't have any bills big enough to pay him (it's cash only), he trusted me to head to the bar a few doors down and go to the ATM. These guys are great, they take their time and do the job right. I'll go here from now on. read more

Walk ins only and all cash this barber shop is five stars every time! All three barbers do a fantastic job, I've been going there for two years never disappointed! Thanks Corey, Ryan and Deb keep it up read more

These barbers are the real deal. I walked in without ever being here with an overgrown mop. Explained what I wanted, and couldn't be happier with the haircut. Korey cut it exactly the way I wanted and made sure I was happy before I left. Very friendly and professional service. It's first come first serve so check out their website to view the webcam to see if they're busy. I'll definitely return when I'm due for another haircut. read more

My husband went in their and saw Ryan before our wedding. My husband is also in the military so he is very picky about his haircut. Ryan did such an amazing job my husband still talks about it 5 months later! He is currently deployed and can't wait to come back and have Ryan cut his hair again! Also, the Chop Shop is a very welcoming place, when we walked in their was nothing but smiles! Never will my husband go anywhere else but to The Chop Shop! read more

No crap, just good haircuts. Got in and out in 30 minutes looking good and at a great price.

I had been looking for a permanent go to place after going to the chain salons with their revolving doors of stylist. I finally found the Chop Shop and couldn't be any happier. I told Korey exactly what I wanted and he delivered. I will be back again and again. read more
