The beef was plentiful and tender as butter, and the eggplant was cooked perfectly. Very tasty, and about three servings worth. I also got scallion pancakes, not always easy to find, and shrimp toast. Both were excellent. China Wok is certainly not the closest Chinese takeout to where I live, but I'll gladly make the trip.
