I just purchased a new vehicle from Sierra Toyota using SmartPath and am thrilled with how it went. The true vehicle selling price was clearly stated on Sierra Toyota's website with no markups, no hidden fees, and no unwanted dealer-installed options to fight over. I was able to enter information on a vehicle that I wanted to trade in, then I received an instant quote with a total out-the-door price for the new vehicle. With SmartPath, you can have the vehicle delivered to your door, but I opted to pick it up at the dealership since I had a trade in. After submitting my order online, I received a telephone call for an appointment. The best part of the whole buying experience was absolutely no price haggling, no game playing, and no pressure to buy anything that I didn't want. It only took about an hour to get in and out the door in my new vehicle. I dealt with a super nice Sales Associate named Caleb. Everyone I met at Sierra Toyota was friendly, responsive, and efficient. Communication was excellent using both texts and telephone.
