I stopped here to get gas because I urgently needed to use the restroom. I had used their restroom…read morebefore without any issues, so I expected it to be available. This time, the owner told me the restroom was closed for the night. I explained that I really needed to go, but she simply looked at me and told me to use the bar next door or go to a park a couple of blocks away. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it and ended up having an accident. What makes this even more disappointing is that I wasn't just asking to use the restroom without being a customer. I had just spent $20 on gas and was planning to buy items from the store as well. If I had known they wouldn't allow paying customers to use the restroom, I would have gone somewhere else to fuel up. I understand businesses can have policies, but showing a little compassion in an urgent situation would have made all the difference. This was one of the most embarrassing customer service experiences I've ever had, and unfortunately I won't be returning.
