To elaborate upon the aforementioned incorporation of NZ ingredients, I selected the VENISON Panang Curry (38 NZD) as my main dish. Curry not as much depth though it really wasn't needed since the venison really enriched the dish in a profound way. The venison chunks were tender though I wish it were better incorporated into the dish, not just thrown in. I also ordered a puffed roti on the side which was definitely overkill with the side of rice ordered in addition. Quite crispy though a little greasy, making for a HEAVY and rich meal.
