He was able to come the next day which he did and was on time. Within 5 minutes he knew what was needed . He then looked for a part which was all we needed BUT they didn't sell it separately so we had to order new motor. I know he did look for the part because he did it in front of me. So it was ordered he was going to go to Tampa the next morning and come to put it in , which he did. Total he was in our house 30 minutes between the 2 visits. A little gouging going on I thought. They charge $79.00 for a service call...perfect, got it, normal....He was in my house less than 45 minutes and Charged me $187.00 to remove a clothing item that was stuck in the fan. That means, Dennis charged me $108.00 an hour labor....Hmmmmmm, does that seem a tad over the top? (NO PART's) By all means hire this company, they saved me $900.00 not having to buy a new dryer! BUT, ask up front what there hourly labor rate is... Laughed in his face when he said ....... "the company" set his rates...pretty sure I was dealing with the owner of DND Appliance repair...Dennis.
