I called the store and was told to speak to the manager who was in the next day. I went to the store the with the food in hopes to speak to the owner Maddy. she was extremely rude. she Told me there was nothing that she can do and she would not take the food back because it wasn't in the original packaging. Boy was I shocked at not only at the selection of quality dog foods they had and prices but the customer service that I received. I can count on my hand the number of times I have stepped into a pet shop and received the kind of customer service I received during my visit at this shop. Customer service is top notch!! An employee helped me select the right food for my dog, even providing me samples to try before I committed to a large bag of dog food that my dog might not otherwise like. They have a surprisingly large selection of foods, treats and other goodies in a very small store front. This small shop gives new meaning to, "good things come in small packages."
