For me, as I get older it is well worth the cost of having this service as I know the house is getting a good cleaning once a month. I keep things up in between, but they clean so many additional things that I would never get to (like wiping down the window blinds). The office communicates well, with appointment reminders and updates. They have been flexible with me on a few occasions when I needed to change dates/times.
