My garments are always ready on the date given. Very friendly staff with the bonus of being huge Rutgers fans! The best part is the honesty. I mistakenly put one of my sons shirts in the bag and they did not dry clean it and just put it on a hanger. I was charged for it mistakenly but I never realized it. The next visit the owner told me he found the over-site and refunded me the money. Great people. Local family owned. Use these guys.

Now I see why customers rave about this tailor! Dariaus (the shop owner) is a very fair guy. I initially visited the shop on Tuesday evening, but they had an emergency and closed a little earlier than usual that day. (Note to all: call before showing up). Dariaus couldn't help me out until the next business day, but he made sure to cut me a price break due to the inconvenience. I brought him my dress on Wednesday at 6 pm, and it was turned around by Friday at 6 pm. 48 hour service was more than I could hope for. They will also text your cellphone to keep you updated on the status of the job. The dress came out perfect and the price was very fair. Thank you "B. Nathaniel"! I will be using you for all of my tailoring needs going forward. :)

I knew from just one phone call that I dodged a bullet. The man who answered the phone at 10:30am didn't even know the terminology for a blazer, which was already alarming. On top of that, he immediately assumed I was old and overweight simply because I asked if they could adjust a blazer that was a little snug under the arms. That kind of response is completely unprofessional and made it feel like they didn't even want my business or to take the time to help me. For a first encounter, this is not how you run a business or treat potential customers. Honestly, after this experience I'm starting to think a lot of the positive reviews here might not be genuine. Definitely not a place I would ever recommend and yes, as a well known influencer this will definitely be a story time on my IG avoid this place smh

Absolutely terrible customer service. I went to get a few suits tailored but they would completely…read moredisregard my requests. The tailor refused to take in the waist of my dress pants. They're literally an inch too big around my waist. That's not how dress pants are supposed to fit. The same thing happened with the sleeves of the my suit jacket. They fit too long and look sloppy. They did some minor alterations but I now have a suit that still doesn't fit my body and does not have the tailored look the way it's supposed to. A complete waste of time and money. They do a fine job at the actual tailoring work, but their refusal to do what I requested suggests a high level of laziness & absolute disregard of the customer's needs. The lady also seemed very passive-aggressive in her tone. You would think people who tailor clothes for a living would know the importance of how clothes should properly fit. Never coming back here again.
