After asking several people who all sent me in different directions, I found a policeman who directed me to Parkers Cars. I explained my predicament that I was now late for a meeting - it's now raining too- and the lady understood. She was straight on the phone to find a driver for me, talking to me in between calls the whole time, showing complete empathy. The driver arrived within 10 minutes as she promised, was equally friendly and got me straight to my destination. A brilliant service.
