They were so nice and pleasant. New owners not so much but we'd overlook it bc they were a bit closer and interactions were not so much rude just stoic and no smile. The younger girl was ok but it was the older woman. But today was the last straw. My husband returned home vowing never to go back there again. He said he used the drive thru this morning, absolutely no one behind him yet the woman with the very short hair was curt, rushed him, like she was annoyed and like she just wanted him gone. With so much competition a smile goes a long way. Whatever happened to the basics of customer service. Customers especially repeat customers is what helps a business thrive. In fact, even if you don't want to smile at least don't treat your paying customers like they're an irritant. Will try others with great reviews like Sunny's Donuts by Pam's, The Donut Hole on Pearl St, or Donuts Plus on 377.

I called, emailed, and texted for her to return the money. She said she would BUT never refunded my money. After the wedding, she would not return any of my calls, texts, or emails. I had to call the bank and file a complaint. I did get my money back thru my bank 60 days after my daughter's wedding. DO NOT TRUST HER! She is not worth the trouble!!
