Amazing service, great food, must get the dubai bash shake definitely worth the price .

The customer service was really good, millie took my order! I also tried the fruit loops shake which was really good and the chocolate cover strawberries are very delicious.

Chocolate Bash is a cute little dessert spot with a cozy vibe. There's a small parking lot with a few spots, so you might get lucky. Everything we tried was good, but fair warning--it's extremely sweet. Definitely one of those places where you'll want to split with someone unless you've got a serious sugar tolerance. Service-wise, the girl working was friendly and polite, but things moved pretty slow. Not sure if it was just an off day or if that's the usual pace, but it definitely tested our patience a bit. Overall, it's a fun spot to satisfy a sweet tooth. Four out of five for me.

They make the Dubai Chocolate Bar here!! They open everyday at 3PM!!!

They have the viral Dubai chocolate bar here!!! Check to make sure it's in stock as I'm sure they must sell out. This place is the best! Half a block from the beach too. I can't believe I haven't tried this place sooner! Keep in mind they open at 3PM (since they stay open so late) Thank you so much Marina, for your hospitality and your recommendations. I can't wait to try more from your menu. Marina did mention not all the Chocolate Bash locations carry this viral chocolate bar, so if you want to try the viral Dubai chocolate bar, pistachio cream and the crispy fried fillo dough, you should definitely visit Newport Beach. I came across this place from the restaurant next door, because they had a flyer showing this location sells the viral Dubai chocolate bar!! I have been so tempted to buy these online on Etsy for the last few weeks, but I was determined to try and find them more locally and now I have. Delicious!!! It is everything they're talking about online and even better in person. Exceeded my expectations with how delicious and fun to eat these bars are. They're $10/bar (a little smaller than a crunch bar) here. It's still a good deal compared to what I saw online. Loved everything I tried!! If you've got a sweet tooth like me, you'll love this place too. So many sweet treats to enjoy. Especially loved their chocolate dipped strawberries and their Nutella crepe. Ice cream is more icy, than creamy, but a few delicious varieties to try if you're into the ice cream more than their decadent pastry options like the crepe/waffle. Thank you so much again Marina!

Dubai Strawberry Cup

Finally got here to try the Dubai strawberry cup. It was just okay. The first berry I got was past its prime. The rest were good especially considering they aren't in season locally. But the dessert needed more sauce. More chocolate sauce and more pistachio. What little there was mostly stuck to the sides of the cup. I wouldn't get it again. And I am one who has bought way more Dubai chocolate bars at my favorite spot in Garden Grove than I want to admit! This was just okay.

Asian chocolates, on the other hand, tend to be lighter, less sweet, more delicate and subtle on the palate. Frenchian chocolates felt like they sat comfortably between both worlds. They were pleasant to eat, not as heavy or intensely rich as traditional Belgian chocolates, yet not bland or lacking in flavor either. The sweetness was well balanced, and the flavors were enjoyable without being overpowering. I probably would not go out of my way to purchase them again, but for those who prefer chocolates that are not too sweet or too bold in flavor, these would suit their palate well. Overall, I had a good time tasting them. Happy Valentine's Day!

The chocolates are beautiful and really are eye catching, with different colors and shapes and great flavor profiles. For example, the earl grey chocolate has the essence of tea but is not overpowering with floral notes and certainly a great treat. I was able to sample several pieces with my kid although we primarily visited this shop to pick up the viral dubai chocolare (at least during the time when dubai chocolate flavor was getting hyped up). The service from the associates have always been great, as I've visited randomly since this location is close to Jamboree Rd and in the same plaza as a self car wash spot. It may be a bit pricey but it certainly is a unique chocolate boutique shop with lots to offer. It may sound very corporate, but I feel like this is the type of chocolate you would want to order to gift a bunch of office team members or to distribute as client gifts during the holidays. All in all, great shop with great chocolate!

They were handing out samples of their hazelnut chocolate bars, and after one bite, I knew I had to step inside to look around and try some more. Such luxuriously rich and smooth chocolate morsels that melt so exquisitely in your mouth (where you can taste and smell the layers of quality ingredients contained in each piece). Really took me back to my last trip to Switzerland when I overindulged in chocolates and fondue (and it was so very worth it). Pricing is by the pound if you get items a la carte. Truffles and pralines are $84 per lb (works out to be average of $3 per piece) and their chocolate bark bars (aka FrischSchoggi) are about $60 to $64 per lb. Otherwise there are prepackaged boxes at set prices ranging from about $20 to $150 and more. Today I sampled the hazelnut chocolate bar, pava praline square, a white chocolate espresso truffle, and a champagne truffle. I ultimately decided to purchase the pava praline set (comes with 8 pieces) and 5 pieces of the white chocolate expresso truffles. Total was just under $40. Truffles came in nicely designed, minimalistic boxes. They are located on the second floor of the Bloomingdale's wing of South Coast Plaza, above Sephora.

The Order: * My Go-To: I highly recommend the chocolate chip cookie with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream on top. * Variety: They have every flavor of milk, ice cream, and cookies you could want. Timing & Atmosphere: * Avoid Weekends: I would not recommend coming here on a weekend. The store is tiny, and because it's right next to all the bars, the area gets crowded with a lot of drunk people. If that isn't your scene, stick to a weekday visit. * Rewards: It is quite expensive, but it's a nice treat. Plus, you can sign up with your phone number to get discounts for future visits. The Parking Situation: * Virtually Non-Existent: There is no parking lot, so you are stuck looking for small spots along the side of the road. * Accessibility: There is no designated handicap parking, so keep that in mind if you aren't prepared to walk a bit from a side street. Final Verdict: It's a perfect weekday spot for a warm dessert, just be prepared for the peninsula parking struggle!
