I'm a regular customer at Pascal Patisserie, and I genuinely enjoy the food. Unfortunately, my…read morerecent experience with the customer service was disappointing. I ordered an iced matcha latte but was given an iced latte instead. When I explained the mistake to the employee who prepared the drink, Jeff, he responded, "Well, you ordered an iced latte.I was surprised by the tone because I was certain of what I had ordered. Then he told me I should go pay the difference. I was then expected to stand back in line, the line is always very long and pay the difference $1.25 for the matcha, even though the mistake was not mine. Another employee eventually charged me the $1.25 difference, but the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and frustrated. That employee Jeff needs a class on customer service Mistakes happen, especially when a business is busy. However, the customer should not be made to feel responsible for correcting the restaurant's mistake, particularly over such a small amount. A simple "I'm sorry, we made a mistake--we'll take care of it" would have made a big difference. (Shout out to Starbucks !) The food is good, which is why I continue to come back. My concern is that if regular customers are made to feel unwelcome or argued with over an order error, the business could lose loyal customers. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and focus on improving the customer-service. I still like the food.

YEARS See's Candy has been true to their commitment to Tradition, Taste, Service and ensuring their quality never wavers. And Trust... Their Quality has not wavered. First off... What candy store, No wait, What store hands you over a sample of their product before you even buy anything? I'll wait. Exactly! And although I would never do it myself... I've witnessed people walk into a See's, get a free sample, and then... Walk right back out!! (Insert mind blown emoji) Some people have no Shame! But you know what? Mrs. See's was a woman of character, of integrity and of absolute Generosity. This generosity was and still is apart of their business model... And it works! The values instilled by Mrs. See's are still in practice today, 100+ years later. You will find most See's Candies locations in a mall near you all across America and even in a few International locations. But See's Candies Woodland Hills is not your common location. This is a free standing, brick and mortar store. But don't you worry! The black & white checkered flooring, those white walls lined with boxes of chocolates stacked high and the pristine glass case filled with delicious milk, dark and white chocolate are a staple of any See's Candy you walk into and this location is no different. So, whether you want a single piece or cup, chocolate sold by weight, an assorted pound or build your own box; See's has got something for everyone. Just don't roll with me if you are gonna grab a sample and split, cause that's just down right shameful!
