HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Came in just for a removal, and came out with two cut fingers and trauma. The girl helping me was very nice, but she was not meticulous or gentle. When cutting the length of my extension that had grown out, she cut way too short and cut the skin of my pinky and my pointer finger. The experience was much rougher and felt rushed compared to other salons and nail techs I've been to. I was honestly shaking after she cut my pinky and I saw blood... she quickly tried to stop the bleeding with an alcohol wipe which also hurt like hell. I've never felt terrified sitting in a salon like that. I am already ordering my own nail drill for home as this inspired me to want to do it myself from now on. Bless her soul for trying to correct the mistake but the damage was already done. She tried to offer me a clear coat free of charge but I did not want to add anything more given the experience, I just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. I walked in at 5:30pm (peak) for bio gel because I just got off work and my nails were a disaster. Even though they had other appointments they happily helped and Ceci did an incredible job and gave me a full set of Bio gel nails with a natural colour that looked perfect in under an hour - even with me asking her to tweak a couple things She was very attentive to detail and for the price and speed I 100% recommend this place :) (It was definitely a little busy at peak time but I didn't have to wait) read more

They did a nice job on my biogel refill mani, but they were very rough with my hands, very rushed, and used some kind of higher than normal UV lamps because my fingers felt that burn sensation you sometimes get for a second - but mch more intensely, longer and on more of the fingers than ever anywhere else. I suspect to have fast turnaround and remain affordable they may be using lamps that are steonger / hotter than the legal/acceptable limit for nail salons. she even took out some kind of around the neck spotlight that she said was extra intense UV and it literally felt like she's burning the flesh under my nails. not worth risking cancer on my hands for a quick affordable mani read more

Made a same day appointment and was seated promptly upon arrival. Went in for a shellac manicure and it took about 40 minutes which was reasonable. Nothing extremely memorable but was close and conveniently located from Eglinton station. They had a great selection of colours to choose from and I like that they have a stamp card - 5 times and you receive 6th for free. Would definitely consider going back if I need a last minute manicure/pedicure perhaps. read more

*PLEASE READ!!!* An update - the lash extension I got here was by far the worst. They used really bad lashes (extremely hard). They also use really bad glue. The glue irritated my eyes a lot, I had to take my lashes off at another lash extension studio and I was told the glue on my eyes was extremely harmful to both my eyes and lashes. I barely got any natural lashes left. (Too bad I didn't get a chance to take a pic of my lashes) Plus, I also tried the pedicure here. Terrible terrible service. Cici, the Manager is very rude and gave me a rough manicure on another visit to Chloe's Spa, filing my nails aggressively because she was in a bad mood. I DO NOT recommend this Nail Spa... 2 out of 3 visits were terrible experiences. It's expensive and they are inexperienced, the manicurist put my polish on too thick.. I waited 30 minutes for my nails to dry and they were messed up by the second day because polish was too thick. I called the day after and they said I would have to pay the full amount again if having them done over. I won't go back!! read more

I went to Chloe's Nail Spa for a shellac manicure. Chloe's has a great location, just outside the Yonge and Eglinton Centre on Eglinton. They were able to take me within ten minutes as a late walk-in on a weeknight. They have a huge selection of polish colours and a few brands. I have been to a few other salons in the area and this is something Chloe's has going for them. Be prepared to be overwhelmed by the choices! There was a basket by my chair to put my purse in so I didn't have to put it on the floor. I was glad to see the manicure tools were packaged in an autoclave bag and only used for me. The manicure was quick and they have UV lights built into the table for curing. The manicurist suddenly walked off during my manicure without saying anything to talk on the phone, which seemed unprofessional, but the conversation was quick and she was back. They give you a hot towel and a very basic hand massage. I was notably impressed that my manicure lasted over two weeks without a single chip or bubble. I removed it only because my nails were growing out. The price is average for the area. They have a selection of candies on the front desk. I noticed their "cat-eye" polish samples on the counter. I have never seen them before, but they are beautiful! They move and change in different lighting. They charge a little more for these polishes, but I will definitely try in the future. Chloe's Nail Spa has a website and Instagram account, but they don't list prices. This is one of my favourite salons in the area. I would not call it a spa experience, but I was happy with my manicure and will return. read more

AWFUL SERVICE! MANAGER DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE. Today I had an appointment at 5:00 pm to get a shellac manicure, when I reached at the salon the manager told me that the lady who would do my nails was not there, I asked her why they had not called me to cancel the appointment or reschedule it and the manager just told me that "she had forgotten" so I asked her if someone was available at 5.00 (time of my appointment) and she said yes, it turns out she was herself her name is "Sissy", she left me waiting on the chair for her 30 minutes without any explanation, she left me disrespectfully waiting and when she came back and I expressed how uncomfortable I was about the situation she didn't even offer me an explanation so less an apologize, of course I left. I felt so disrespected. If the manager of this place, who also does the manicure, acts in this way, what can be expected from the rest of the staff?! So TERRIBLE! read more

Very nice and convenient location and friendly staff. I made an appointment and was seated promptly. I liked how they had massage chairs for the pedicure (bliss!), a disposable liner for the pedicure basin as well as drying machines for both the hands and feet. I had the most amazing foot and leg massage with my pedicure. The only thing is that my nail polish on both my hands and toes lasted less a week with my toes chipping majorly which is unusual for me. They have a great selection of both Essie and OPI nail polishes. They do seem to reuse files and exfoliating sponges but feels like this can be easily solved by bringing your own. Went in for a spontaneous manicure. Yuki was very good, and it's now been almost a week and my nails look as good as on day 1. Amazing! And it's just a simple manicure! The location is good, the space itself it clean but not fancy, and the price is reasonable. I will definitely go back, even though it's not near my place. read more

I don't usually do acrylic or gel but decided to try something different because I wanted length and I love the aesthetic and how it made me feel ultra feminine (I've been here before and had a great experience).. this time I decided to get a UV Gel set all was well, when I went in for a refill the lady doing my nails took 2 hours while she was doing my nails I mentioned to her that it looked dirty on the inside the lady doing my nails just kept on going (I went with my sis her nails were done in record time) I didn't press the issue and because I was frustrated with the service decided I wouldn't return... my 2nd refill I went to a different nail salon and I noticed my nails were a bit green but I figured this was just left over colour from the nail polish I chose which was a neon green so at the time I didn't pay it any attention (I'm an inexperienced gel set wearer)... I finally decided I was done with the gel nails and wanted my nails to breathe I again went to a different salon and when they took the gel nails off I was horrified to see that it was MY nails that looked green the lady doing my nails at this salon told me that it was an infection/fungus... my mind right away went to when I got the 2nd refill that took 2 hours to do and me mentioning to the lady doing my nails that it was dirty... I went back to Chloe's Nails to ask for a refund or some sort of gesture and they said it was because of the condition of the nail when I went in to do the refill and moisture getting in which to me is likely as after not even a week after getting that 2nd refill the gel was already lifting (aka the lady doing my nails didn't know what she was doing).. I was not given a refund I was instead offered to have my nails buffed so that the infection/fungus doesn't look so bad (really?? when this is the same place where I got the infection/fungus and wouldn't buffering just expose more of nail to being more infected???) I have been going here since Chloe's opened even promoted their work on my personal Instagram page and to be offered to have my nails buffed was not good customer service. My nail broke on a Sunday and my usual place is already closed so I tried going to this nail spa since they were still open at the time. I decided to just get a regular manicure this time to let my nails take a break from gel polish. The manicure was fine tho I noticed that their nail files and buffers are being reused. That should have been a red flag already but I really wanted to love the place coz its new and seems clean and the lady who worked on my nails seemed nice and sweet. I dried my nails for a little over half an hour and off I went. I was already on my way home when I noticed the bubbles on every nail and the way my nails were filed weren't really well done. The next day, I called and told them what happened and they let me come in at 4 to have it fixed. When I got there, I thought about just getting shellac again since I was nervous how the regular polish would turn out and I really didnt have time to waste waiting for the polish to dry. I already took my time drying it the other night but it still looked horrible. I know I would have to pay extra since im getting shellac but i didnt realize it would cost me that around $50 in total to get it done. Time and money wasted. They werent even apologetic with how my manicure turned out which was just sad. read more
