This place is popular on social media but just as most things on social media, it's extremely overhyped. I've gotten my nails done here 3 times now and I officially won't be coming back. I got gel nails done a week and a half ago and while they were getting done I noticed that the nail tech wasn't letting my nails cure in the light as long as I'm used to. I thought that maybe she's using a new technique or gel where it doesn't have to set as long. But nope, she was just rushing and lazy. My nails now have air bubbles, they are goopy, the top layer is peeling, and the bottom layer underneath is wet and coming off onto my skin. I've never had this experience before with gel nails, especially as someone who gets her nails done all the time. I had already had a bad experience here, but decided to give it a second chance. Right off the bat, I knew I should've just left. The young lady was using tools that weren't taken out of the sanitizing bag. In her pedicure cart, she had every tool loose and even a lighter mixed in there. I didn't think I had an ingrown nail, but even if I did, she shouldn't have taken it out the way she did. My toe HURTS. I didn't come in with my big toes this short, but she somehow managed to make them super short. She didn't take her time with the callous remover at all, she just used the grater really hard. Scrambling the last weekend before Christmas to get my nails done before a holiday dinner. The only salon that would see me ASAP. I called to make an appointment, but they said I could come as a walk-in. Quick service, fully staffed, very professional servicing. Despite being nearly fully packed, I was seen immediately. Their key is speed. I could nitpick some small details left on my nails, but nobody else besides me can notice. They look great. Pricing is fair as well: I had a basic shellac done over my natural nails. (I'm very straightforward.) Despite being a bit of a drive for me, I will definitely be back. Four stars because a bit of the shellac polish was heavier in some areas of my nails and pooled a bit. But like I said, nobody notices any unevenness except for me. Also! An elderly friend recommended that I go to this place. My friend uses a walker and is slow walking. He stated that people were very friendly and nice. They took their time and were patient with him. I went today without an appointment. I got in right away with a lady named Trish. Very shy and limited in English but there were others that could translate. The pedicure was outstanding. We were thinking that we were close to our turn. Another 40 minutes went by and mom was hurting by then. I got up and asked how much longer it would be. My wife went today 03/06/20 for her first time. She got a full set. Plus a pedicure. (Pedicure first) Her toenail polish had not dried approx 45 min later. She went back addressed the technician, the technician told her she shouldn't have gotten the regular, she should've got the acrylic. My wife stated she's never had this problem. The work that was done was well-done but none of us got what we wanted, the employees didn't listen to anything that we wanted and one of the nail techs took over 2hrs with one of my friends. My nail tech kept hurting me and clipping off skin that didn't need to be clipped off. All in all will not be coming back to this place. Traveling for work but still very mindful of sanitary nail salon locations. Went into Chloe Nails and asked to look around. They were more than kind to allow me to do so. Advised them it was just because I wanted to ensure that hygiene was just as important to them prior to receiving any services. Intention was not to insult nor was it interpreted that way. They were very welcoming offering water and owner happily showed where all tools are sterilized and that she completes that herself so she can attest process was completed. I was hoping for a regular shellac manicure so they told me to pick my color. I choose my color and sat down. I was the first one there. There was at least 10 people available. They had told me to wait 15 minutes. After 15 minutes they told me to wait. After a while I asked when I was going to get my nails done. After of 2 hours of waiting I told them that they had 10 minutes to start on my nails,they didn't so I left. I definitely do not recommend this place. Ive been going here for a little over a year. the only reason i go here is because their low price for a new set ($20) and they do them fairly thin, the way i like them. they are really pushy when it comes down to design and extras. i have to repeat myself about 3-4 times that i just want a reg set and polish. there are occasions when i want something different and the same response never fails. I never leave bad reviews but I made an account on Yelp just to leave this. Worst manicure I've ever gotten, completely destroyed my healthy nails I had been growing out for months! I get a dip manicure about once a month and have always loved that they are practically indestructible everywhere I go (I work in a gym and am always banging my nails on heavy metal things but can usually go a full month without even chipping when I've gotten them done elsewhere). Last weekend I treated myself to a manicure for my birthday and they started chipping within literally a day, with the top coat peeling off all over too. The nail tech also shaved down my nails SUPER thin which totally destroyed them, it will take me months to grow back healthy nails again. He also had me soak my whole hands in hot acetone water rather than wrapping them in foil to safely soak off my old manicure. The manicure was a total loss within the first week, extremely disappointing and bummed that it caused long-term damage to my nails that I was so proud of taking care of! read more

This place is either a hit or miss but I've gone here like 6-7 times and 4 visits out of those have been extremely horrible. Let alone the good visits haven't been that great. I would honestly suggest looking for a better nail salon. I never write reviews but this guy that did my nails this morning was taking off my nails with another acrylic nail which led to a deep cut into my nail bed on my left thumb. It was extremely painful and I'm more mad at the fact that after I asked to just get shellac instead of a full set because of the bleeding he started giving me horrible service. I'm really really disappointed with this place. It seems that when the managers aren't around they don't care about their customers. Horrible experience! I guess it's my fault for going to a nail place to get lash extensions but I learned my lesson. Please go to an experienced lash salon and not to a place that specializes in nails. Technician doing my lashes did not speak English and hurt me so bad that my eyes couldn't stop crying and I had to sit up and ask that she call someone that could translate. The first thing I told the person that walked in was that I knew there was a language barrier and that I wasn't blaming the technician for hurting me but that I needed someone there so that I could let them know when she was burning or pinching me. The technician got really upset about me being uncomfortable with her practically burning my eyes and she refused to finish the service and they told me to come back in the afternoon so that another technician could do the service. Needless to say, I did not go back. The situation made me feel extremely humiliated. I will NEVER be going there again. read more
