First time and last time coming to this salon to get a powder gel manicure and regular pedicure done. My regular nail tech from another salon was out on vacation and I was desperate to get my nails done. Big mistake - I made a appt and came early since powder nail manicure takes time to soak and get a new set. The nail tech name is Joyce not only was she rough but she was rushing. My almond nails got butchered down to round shaped nail instead and trimmed uneven length plus and uneven/lumpy finish with the powder gel. She also filed/buffed so close to my cuticles that it started bleeding and stings when I wash my hands. Never will I come back here even if I have to wait till my regular nail tech come back. read more

Let me start off by saying if I could review this place under 1 star I would. From the outside perspective the place seems to have some cleanliness. Let me tell you it certainly does not. Not only did the women who did my nails not do a thorough job. Which isn't even why I was upset. But what caught my eye was the way they "sanatize" the tools after using them. I watched one of the employees after using the tools on my nails go under the sink with the tools BARELY RINSED THEM FOR maybe less than 20 seconds. And continued to put them back into a "sanitized" bag and in her desk. And when I spoke to one of the owners (I can only assume she was one when I asked to speak to someone) about how they sanitized the tools. She barely had a response for me. If you would like to get fungus or infections in your nails then I would reccomend this place. I find that to be incredibly disgusting considering your cleaning dirt and muck from peoples nails and not cleaning the tools properly. They should be shut down and out of business in my honest opinion. Will be sending the local health department to this nail salon to do an inspection. I can promise with 100% certainty they will not pass any sort of inspection. read more

Decided to try this place after multiple disappointments at nail salons in queens... As soon as I arrived I was greeted by the owner. The place is clean, feels luxurious and is easily accessible. I immediately found parking. Service: fast and excellent. Although I arrived on the later side 5:30pm she took me in for both manicure and pedicure. The owner personally did my nails so that one of her employees could leave by 6 pm to pick up her kids! How nice is that? And I'm very happy with my nails; I really appreciate her attention to details. She was chatty and friendly during our encounter. At the end she gave me a free lotion as gift as a first time customer. You also get a discount at your 10th visit. I paid $45 (before tax and tip) for gel manicure and regular pedicure. Overall I would really recommend this place. Everything went great from beginning to end! read more

I got really tired with a lot of the nail salons out in Queens. So I decided to look into little neck/great neck area and found this hidden gem through yelp. All the ladies here are friendly and super nice! They never rush and always take their time to take care of you. I've gotten both regular mani and gel mani and could not believe they actually stayed on my nails for more than a week. Normally, even gel starts peeling off within a few days. Another huge plus is that there is plenty of street parking so you never have to worry about parking ever! read more

I walked-in for a pedicure early in the morning. There was one other customer receiving a pedicure. I sat down in the pedicure chair and the owner told the mail technician to "just do the bare minimum." They didn't didn't realize that I spoke their language and understood everything they were saying. I didn't say anything to see what other awful things they would say. The technician did an AWFUL BASIC JOB. I WILL NEVER COME BACK THERE. I could have done a better job myself. At the end of the pedicure, I asked for change in their language and the technician was shocked to hear that. She said OMG, because they knew they did an awful job. I'm 100% positive they do this to many customers and speak in their language and tell the technicians to do a basic job or do an awful job. If I could I would give them a ZERO rating. Great Neck residents, please save your money and do not support this business. I will go back to my usual salon in New Hyde Park where they do a fabulous job! read more

I'm out here visiting family and broke a nail.. my aunt told me about this place. It's very modern and very clean inside not sure who my nail tech wa but she was very patient and took her time i have stiletto nails and i like to keep hem short. I'm also very picky about who i go too.. so considering that i only have two people back home who i trust with my nails.. she listen and did a good job. I got the free lotion as a first time customer as well which was a nice touch. I was really hoping this would become my go-to place but unfortunately my manicure didn't last. I came here to get my nails done a week ago and I did not have a great experience. Due to a language barrier, I was charged for UV gel nails when I just wanted regular gel nails. I asked the technician multiple times if this was gel nails and she would nod it was. In the end, I ended up getting charged $30 dollars more than what I should have paid because the technician did not understand English well. Perhaps the other technicians are more helpful but due to this experience I'm not coming back. read more

I made my appointment at Chloes because I could get eyelash tinting as well as a msni\pedi. i made the appointment a day ahead, left phone number as requested but after I arrived and mani\pedi done i was told sorry girl who does tinting doesn't work week ends.
