Working with Bryan and his crew was a wise choice when I hired them. We had a full kitchen remodel that required gutting, pulling permits, bringing up gas lines, upgrading and adding to the existing electrical, moving plumbing, installing tiles for the backsplash, and installing all of our new appliances. They were also nice enough to accept the additional work of replacing our water heater, building its pedestal, and assembling our kitchen cabinets.
They showed up early to work each day, and put in a full day's work to make sure that the project moved along, even coming in on Saturdays if it was OK with me. I especially appreciated the fact that Bryan communicated with me throughout the duration, and was available by text, email, and phone whenever I had a question. Even though I didn't see him on a daily basis, I was totally aware of what his crew was working on, what they had planned the next day, and overall progress of my project. Bryan kept me up to date on the progress and offered to help when my other contractors failed. My agreement was to install of my new appliances. They even asked for the appliance specs so that the electrical for that area of the kitchen was in order (details!).
It was very important for me to be able to trust someone to be in my home when I wasn't there. They respected my home, did what was asked (and more!) and were very professional. On the day that my cabinets were supposed to be delivered, for example, they quickly dispatched a plumber to deal with the flood in my garage (where my cabinets were supposed to go in the next hour!). This is just one of the circumstances where they went above and beyond my expectations. (email me and I'm happy to provide more info! robinsonvivian@hotmail.com)
How they interacted with me really made me trust them. They are honest, upfront, and made sure that I was happy. It's not about the job or money, but rather the reputation and how good a job they do. "They had my back", even to fault, when due to my poor floor contractors, their cabinet installation was delayed. Between getting bids from full service companies where the contractor provided materials, to "pay-for-labor-only" contractors, where I purchased all the material and they did the installation, I actually got 5 estimates, and technically, if you consider all the extra work that I piled on, they came under budget. I really felt that I received a lot of value for my money, but more importantly, they actually cared about their reputation, workmanship, and made sure that I was fully satisfied. I didn't realize that they also cut stone and install floors, so please keep this in mind as you consider your options.
If you are considering any type of remodel or renovation, I recommend them without any reservation whatsoever. Contact them. read more
