Dr. Kosterman has a really nice polished demeanor, and the office spaces (exam and treatment rooms + lobbies) are all spotless. I was a client for 2 years & the only reason I'm not still seeing Dr. Silvester is that the commute…read morefrom CA is just to long. I initially started seeing Dr Silvester because I had chronic headaches & couldn't turn my head to the left. We worked out a treatment plan so I knew how often he'd want to see me & how long he expected the treatment to take. Which allowed me to make good decisions with my finances because I was paying out of pocket. I had worked with other Chiropractors before & it seemed like there wasn't a planned end date or treatment goal with my other Dr.s. So, it felt really great to have a plan & be able to gauge my progress myself. The Staff also set me up with a payment plan which allowed me to pay a set monthly amount. Usually with Chiropractors I've had to pay each visit. If I'd have had to do that, I couldn't have afforded the frequency of the first part of the treatment plan. Since it was a fixed monthly payment, the costs evened out over time. I can't emphasize enough how amazing the planning helped make real care possible for me. All medical practices say they want care available & accessible to everyone. Whole Family Chiropractic actually means it. After the initial treatment plan ended, I still went every 6 weeks, give or take, for maintenance and/or I jacked myself up doing dumb man things. After about a year & some change, I only went when I hurt myself. Thanks to the awesome work with Dr. Silvester, I've only seen a Chiropractor 3 times since August 2013 & 1 of those was a visit with him when I was out in NC to visit family & I was having headaches again because of the seating situation in cattle car class on a cross country flight. I was initially unsure about the Activator Method. It seemed weird not to have a manual joint cracking adjustment. However, now I am a big time believer & made sure my new Chiropractor here in CA us I just don't know how to describe how excited I am that my chronic headaches are a thing of the past. Oh, and my girlfriend sure appreciates that I can look at her when she's on my left side. Who knew it'd be so cool to look Both left & right. Seriously, Dr. Silvester & the staff at Whole Family Chiropractic is Amazing. They're friendly, professional, and genuinely care about & for their clients.
