Due to numerous mistakes, this office would do well to have one property manager assigned to one residence. On the plus side, they have tried to fix problems when they are brought to thier attention. Also, they handle everything for you...unfortunately, even when you've asked them in writing to inform you first, they won't; such as notifying you about lawn care, repairs, evictions, etc,. In this economy it was nice to have someone take care of the property. However, I wish it felt more like they were working for me, instead of my renter.
