I am beyond disappointed with Disalle as a whole, I decided to reach out to an agent to help me…read moresell my home since I currently live over 3 hours away from the home I was selling. I decided to go with Joe after meeting with a few agents because he had reached out to me a few times before I decided to list with an agent to sell my home. The first issue arose when I received a message from a neighbor who informed me they called the police because someone was in my home at 10:30 at night with a flashlight and the door was left open, this was also the same day of an inspection. I tried and failed to get ahold of Joe for three days who's phone was off. I called the office to find out what was going on and was put in touch with Dan. Dan informed me that Joe would not be working due to personal reasons and he would be taking care of my listing. Days went by and I had heard nothing so I called Dan to request to be released from my contract since Joe was gone, no one thought to inform me of this, and they were scrambling to cover everything (which Dan had expressed), he was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me raising his voice and yelling the details of the personal issues going on in their family, which I will not detail because it was very unprofessional of Dan to tell me, they are personal and I should have never been involved (I have never been spoken to this way by a "professional" or felt more disrespected) after repeatedly asking to be released from the contract he refused. Joe eventually came back to work and time after time I was unable to get ahold of him. After asking him the week prior twice to make sure there were not any appointments at the house on a certain weekend that we would be in town we were surprised by the buyer, their agent, and their whole family. We had another emergency issue the week before closing that I was also unable to get ahold of Joe for. To top off this experience Joe did not attend the closing for the full time but stopped by. I cannot imagine a worse experience.

We bought this brand new 'luxury' mobile home from the Meadows of Perrysburg back in July of 2015;…read morethe cost was $80,000 in which we paid in FULL. After signing for the home, they went through it and ripped the stickers off one of the new tubs in our guest bathroom; damaging the fiber glass and leaving a quarter size grey spot on the tub. They then said they would repair the actual fiber glass and called a company to 'fix' it. We were told to leave the home while the 'repair' took place; only to come back 3 hours later to find they SPRAY PAINTED our brand new one-piece shower-tub; hence ruining it. We called them and called them multiple times explaining our unhappiness with this 'fix'. Their response was finally that they could either put a 3 piece tub in (when our original WAS a NICE one piece) or they could RE-SPRAY it with another coat of expoxy! Mind you, the finish will NEVER last as long as the original Fiber Glass finish would have. We will be lucky if it lasts a year. They said they couldn't put a new one piece in because the way the home was built; it could never again have a new one piece installed without tearing down WALLS! So....then the owner comes out and we explain to him that the only option that made us comfortable was bath-fitter or some respectable remedy of our choosing- he said absolutely NOT and that maybe he could give us a couple month's lot rent free or something crappy instead. We were exhausted by this point and said we might consider this option although still very hurt and upset that they defaced our brand new property and didn't seem to care. Then we NEVER heard from him again on confirming the 2 months of lot rent remedy- he couldn't even follow through on THAT offer! Joke. So now it is February here in our 'luxury' home let me remind you; and our pipes have ALL frozen twice now leaving us without so much as a dribble of water for days on end- I have kids and cannot be without water. They send their 'maintenance' man out and he says he can't do much for us except check our heat tape on our pipes...so he takes a look and says it's looks good to him- and leaves/no explanations or cares in the world. So we take our own money and call a REAL plumber out to our house...and lo' and behold'- within 20 minutes he discovers that our outdoor plumbing was never installed right in the first place!! He dug about a foot down into the ground by our meter and saw that there was never any heat dipstick installed (but only an empty hole where one was SUPPOSED TO BE) at the riser connecting to the water channel of our home....and that every single home in here HAD to have one in order to keep water flowing/from freezing. He said it was a very goofy/lazy install! So $300 dollars our of my pocket-in plumber fees later, we finally have water now thanks all to US and no thanks to the Meadows of Perrysburg. And while I'm here; there has also been times where our trash collection is straight up skipped- I think we had a trash mountain for about 1 month on our curb following Christmas because they couldn't seem to keep the collections scheduled?! This place doesn't give a rat's behind for its tenants...and consumers should NOTE: they also are the same owners who run both Friendly Village Parks along with Meadows of Perrysburg; their DBA is Choice Properties so anyone reading this is FULLY aware now. Good luck to you.
