BEWARE: Angela Harding is a con woman. She does not take care of the properties she "manages". When…read moreshe does a a repair, she "hires" herself or her son to do a cheap cosmetic repair and charges the owners as though she hired a professional. And she is NOT a professional. Not in any way. Both property owners and tenants have had nightmare experiences. Angela Harding is the thing of reality TV horror stories. If you dig a little deeper, you will see that HouseStop is listed on Google other places where the rating is poor. Positive reviews are either her own or paid for. Her solution to that is to relist and start fresh. She lies. None of the responses you see from her are true or based in fact. None of her words can be trusted. She will absolutely respond to this with some rebuttal to deflect responsibility. Or blame someone else. She will fabricate a story in order to evade. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with her. She is a plight on the rental community.

When you think of selling your home, your first thought is generally "I can do this myself and save…read morethe realtor fee." This is what I thought at first when I was naive. Not only would I NOT get help in "staging" my home for sale, but no publicity unless I paid for it, no professional guidance understanding and more importantly disclosing all necessary items and I would have the headache of rushing home after work or holding my own open house for people who were "just looking" and not even prequalified to buy my home. After I considered this option, I contacted Rick Turner with Remax. I could not believe the ideas that Rick had with staging my home. I knew to clean up and make it look nice but some of the ideas I had not considered really made a huge impact on "qualified" buyers. Rick brought qualified people to look at my home. Rick shared the importance of give and take with the selling price and negotiations. I could not have done this by myself without messing something up. Rick was there for me looking out for my best interest. Rick did such an effective job that he showed my home a total of 3 times including an open house and my property sold in the first two weeks. I want everyone who views this to know that Rick went out of his way to help me stage my home, price the home to sell and to have realistic expectations. The average home will sit on the market for about 90 days and mine was on the market for 14. The only complaint I had with Rick is that he made me find a new place to move to earlier than I had anticipated, I thought I would have had at least 45 days. Apparently, Rick was too efficient. What a great problem to have when looking for a realtor. Rick really does "Put people in their places." I can't thank him enough for his professional demeanor and excellent advice. I highly recommend anyone selling or looking for a home to utilize Rick's services. Jack

Rebecca Gerweck sold a home to my daughter and her fiancé. It was their first home and should have…read morebeen a magical time in their lives, unfortunately it has turned into a nightmare. Rebecca owned the house with a fellow realtor and were "flipping" the house after they purchased it on a foreclosure. We have since discovered that Rebecca and her fellow realtor purposely hid thousands of dollars in damage from pet urine and feces. We've spoken to neighbors that explained they had seen hazmat teams coming into the house to remove the waste and a carpet company to come in to further hide the damage by using "odor ban" padding and new carpet. I would never trust Rebecca or her company to purchase from and I will ensure I tell everyone I know about her shading business practices.

I thought that because Jim wasn't the largest real estate agent in Toledo, he might make our property more of a priority.
