He has not produced a single invoice for said promised work minus the one OUR listing agent had to schedule. DO NOT USE THIS AGENT

After meeting with Binger this past May, he had the house sold in under two weeks. Now, I obviously can't guarantee that he'll have your house sold that quickly, but he was kind, professional, thorough, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend him to anyone in Northwest Ohio or Southeast Michigan.

My experience with OCF has been great. Purchased on property from them and their property…read moremanagement company (Oz) took over the other property I own in Toledo. True to their word, they have made real estate investing as turnkey as it could possibly get. They found the property I purchased, offered it at a great price, renovated it (included with the purchase), and found a tenant. My experience with all of the staff has been excellent, Laarne in particular has been extremely helpful and responsive, keeping me updated on the process and responding to my questions promptly. Engelo has also been really great, he has so much experience / knowledge in real estate - and unlike others I've met in this business he really tells you the unvarnished truth - what works, what doesn't, and the best strategies to consider if you're going to get into this arena. That way you can make a sound informed decision. I'm really impressed with the comprehensiveness of OCF and definitely recommend having a conversation with Engelo if you're considering getting into real estate, or if you need property management services in Ohio.

If I could give this place a negative star review I would!! They are incredibly unorganized, Cindi…read moredoesn't even live in ohio (she's in Arizona), she's incredibly unethical, unprofessional, dishonest, and tries to bully people. She talks very poorly about other tennant's when you first move in to prevent them from being able to warn you about her (she did it to me when I was moving in and then again to the new tennant). She was constantly blaming me for having stuff in the basement when it actually belonged to the owner and a former tennant. Tried to charge me for having it cleaned because she sent someone over when I was out of town and when I rearranged my trip and cut it short to come help I got snowed in and she wanted to charge me for not being able to come home early. She hires people she can pay off to pretend a problem isn't there, the neighbors can't stand her. Her behavior is incredibly unethical, she harasses me all the time over daughter's emotional support animal. She refused to have the basement sanitized when the sewage backed up. It had someone else's items down there that got sewage on them and they just left them. The foundation is rapidly deteriorating, and I've had to call the gas company multiple times over a gas leak. To sum this place up, they are slum lords! She is the sweetest sounding person when you talk to her and are interested in a listing she has, but don't let that fool you. There is nothing sweet about her. Honestly I really expected more from remax! I chose this place after having a bad experience with a different place and one reason I chose here is because I felt like we would be in great hands with Remax, I was wrong. I will never ever use a remax agent for anything, I'm so appalled by Ms Kurtz that when I go to buy a house, I don't even want to look at ones that are listed by any remax agent. When you see a listing for Remax Maumee or Cindi Kurtz just do your self a favor and keep looking. You will regret renting from her, I promise you!!

When you think of selling your home, your first thought is generally "I can do this myself and save…read morethe realtor fee." This is what I thought at first when I was naive. Not only would I NOT get help in "staging" my home for sale, but no publicity unless I paid for it, no professional guidance understanding and more importantly disclosing all necessary items and I would have the headache of rushing home after work or holding my own open house for people who were "just looking" and not even prequalified to buy my home. After I considered this option, I contacted Rick Turner with Remax. I could not believe the ideas that Rick had with staging my home. I knew to clean up and make it look nice but some of the ideas I had not considered really made a huge impact on "qualified" buyers. Rick brought qualified people to look at my home. Rick shared the importance of give and take with the selling price and negotiations. I could not have done this by myself without messing something up. Rick was there for me looking out for my best interest. Rick did such an effective job that he showed my home a total of 3 times including an open house and my property sold in the first two weeks. I want everyone who views this to know that Rick went out of his way to help me stage my home, price the home to sell and to have realistic expectations. The average home will sit on the market for about 90 days and mine was on the market for 14. The only complaint I had with Rick is that he made me find a new place to move to earlier than I had anticipated, I thought I would have had at least 45 days. Apparently, Rick was too efficient. What a great problem to have when looking for a realtor. Rick really does "Put people in their places." I can't thank him enough for his professional demeanor and excellent advice. I highly recommend anyone selling or looking for a home to utilize Rick's services. Jack

I found Susan Sterling estate sales when needing to clear out a family home we were readying for…read moresale. I was looking for a company that was reliable, great communication, trustworthy and that would coordinate the final clean out once the sale was over at a low fixed cost(for clean out). I didn't want a referral who to use to clear out the home but wanted full coordination through the estate sale team. Susan called me back on a Sunday within five minutes of the email inquiry I sent. She didn't tell me what to expect from the sale(dollar wise) as it is unpredictable. We set an appointment for her to visit the house and she was on-time and from that point on the professionalism was stellar. I did call another competitor that was very well referred that never returned calls and I persisted with four different calls to both owners phones. At the very least you expect someone to call back and say they are not interested but with Sterling every communication was instantaneous. Sterling Estate sales completed the estate sale, advertising it, making sure people wore shoe covers to protect the carpets, coordinated the clean out and was on-site when the haul away arrived. I am only writing the review because it helped us out tremendously in so many ways and I wanted to take the time so that another person not knowing where to turn knows who to call. Sterling Estate sales has been around forever and also had many good google reviews. The sale is over and my check and logging of the items sold came right away, and again it couldn't have gone any better. It's hard letting someone you don't know have full access to your home as they prepare for an estate sale. That is another reason I took the time to write a review on Yelp where I tend to look for referrals if I don't know where to turn. Hope this helps someone else deciding who to use for an estate sale. I also liked she is affiliated with a Haul Away company that she is comfortable with and that was a nice flat fee at the end so I knew the price up front and that she used a company that takes care of the home when doing the final clear out. Thanks Sterling Estate Sale for your hard work providing a mutually beneficial estate sale.
