One is serious noise disturbances especially…read moreconstant neighbors dogs barking at night which are never addressed or taken seriously by the leasing departmen, there are loud neighbors staying up at night and making a lot of noise and laughing loudly, the walls are thin and these noises come directly into the bedroom, which is extremely stressful for a resident doctor trying to get some sleep as they have to get up at 5 or 6 AM in the morning. Additionally is severe lack of security at night, I have personally seen people jump the fence, non residents and shout obscenities at me when I look at them through my window. When this issue is reported we get a lame response from the leasing office regarding how they cannot control these activities. Additionally the internet bill and the community bill from the utilities providers is exceptionally high bumping rent up for no reason. Last but not least there is a lack of a maintenance team even for emergencies at night, once my fire alarm malfunctioned and would not stop loudly beeping despite trying to turn it off and no smoke in the house and I had to beg the leasing boss to get them to my apartment so me and other residents could actually sleep at night. God forbid there would be an actual emergency these people would come several hours late or in the morning.

Their pricing is far below competitors with great floorplans! The pet rent is only $15 month. My ex continued to live there until May 2017. The community and apartments are very quiet. The only cons is that there was issues with snow removal after a huge snowstorm, lack of parking due to other residents' guests, and the maintenance had trouble fixing drywall when the towel rack came out of the wall. The maintenance issue was a one time occurrence. If I was in need of an apartment near that area, my first and only choice would be Heather Hills. Not to mention, I looked at Heather Hills because my friend a medical student also had a great experience!
