They are incredibly unorganized, Cindi…read moredoesn't even live in ohio (she's in Arizona), she's incredibly unethical, unprofessional, dishonest, and tries to bully people. She talks very poorly about other tennant's when you first move in to prevent them from being able to warn you about her (she did it to me when I was moving in and then again to the new tennant). She was constantly blaming me for having stuff in the basement when it actually belonged to the owner and a former tennant. Tried to charge me for having it cleaned because she sent someone over when I was out of town and when I rearranged my trip and cut it short to come help I got snowed in and she wanted to charge me for not being able to come home early. She hires people she can pay off to pretend a problem isn't there, the neighbors can't stand her. Her behavior is incredibly unethical, she harasses me all the time over daughter's emotional support animal. She refused to have the basement sanitized when the sewage backed up. It had someone else's items down there that got sewage on them and they just left them. The foundation is rapidly deteriorating, and I've had to call the gas company multiple times over a gas leak. To sum this place up, they are slum lords! She is the sweetest sounding person when you talk to her and are interested in a listing she has, but don't let that fool you. There is nothing sweet about her. Honestly I really expected more from remax! I chose this place after having a bad experience with a different place and one reason I chose here is because I felt like we would be in great hands with Remax, I was wrong. I will never ever use a remax agent for anything, I'm so appalled by Ms Kurtz that when I go to buy a house, I don't even want to look at ones that are listed by any remax agent. When you see a listing for Remax Maumee or Cindi Kurtz just do your self a favor and keep looking. You will regret renting from her, I promise you!!

We were looking for a place to live and stumbled upon this new property in Perrysburg (Rivers Edge). Everything looked great and was going well, but then once we submitted our application we did not hear a word from them. Called multiple times and did not answer the phone, would not answer texts, and when I'd call the office to speak to someone, I'd then get transferred to a voicemail. Property manager was not aware of requirements needed for living on the property and started contradicting herself as time went on. Definitely recommend looking elsewhere for a place to live.
