    When you think of selling your home, your first thought is generally "I can do this myself and save…read morethe realtor fee." This is what I thought at first when I was naive. Not only would I NOT get help in "staging" my home for sale, but no publicity unless I paid for it, no professional guidance understanding and more importantly disclosing all necessary items and I would have the headache of rushing home after work or holding my own open house for people who were "just looking" and not even prequalified to buy my home. After I considered this option, I contacted Rick Turner with Remax. I could not believe the ideas that Rick had with staging my home. I knew to clean up and make it look nice but some of the ideas I had not considered really made a huge impact on "qualified" buyers. Rick brought qualified people to look at my home. Rick shared the importance of give and take with the selling price and negotiations. I could not have done this by myself without messing something up. Rick was there for me looking out for my best interest. Rick did such an effective job that he showed my home a total of 3 times including an open house and my property sold in the first two weeks. I want everyone who views this to know that Rick went out of his way to help me stage my home, price the home to sell and to have realistic expectations. The average home will sit on the market for about 90 days and mine was on the market for 14. The only complaint I had with Rick is that he made me find a new place to move to earlier than I had anticipated, I thought I would have had at least 45 days. Apparently, Rick was too efficient. What a great problem to have when looking for a realtor. Rick really does "Put people in their places." I can't thank him enough for his professional demeanor and excellent advice. I highly recommend anyone selling or looking for a home to utilize Rick's services. Jack

True to their word, they have made real estate investing as turnkey as it could possibly get. They found the property I purchased, offered it at a great price, renovated it (included with the purchase), and found a tenant. My experience with all of the staff has been excellent, Laarne in particular has been extremely helpful and responsive, keeping me updated on the process and responding to my questions promptly. Engelo has also been really great, he has so much experience / knowledge in real estate - and unlike others I've met in this business he really tells you the unvarnished truth - what works, what doesn't, and the best strategies to consider if you're going to get into this arena. That way you can make a sound informed decision.
