Each one of them is very personable and friendly. Whether you are in for a cleaning or a filling they are always looking out for the best interest of the patient. I have never particularly liked going to the dentist but here it is a very comfortable and relaxed setting. When you arrive you know you are in good hands. I have been very pleased with the work they have done for me over the past few years! Through COVID-19 they have taken precautions to ensure the safety of their patients. Before entering the office using hand sanitizer and getting a temperature check is required. Once in the office each patient does a mouthwash to help disinfect before dental work is done.

This was quite upsetting because her practice was coordinating with other dental practitioners to provide necessary and timely services. This whole experience was quite disappointing since we had been very pleased with Dr. DePaoli's services up to that point.

Also her office is very close to where I live as I didn't see the need to search far & wide. Amyway, I've never had a moment where I felt dis-satisfied that I might start looking for a new provider. Fortunately, I've kept up my dental care from kidhood, so I have few problems. My most common dental issue is tea stains. The cleanings I've gotten at Dr. Schulman's office have always been thorough, so my teeth came out looking spiffy until I get them tarnished again. Several different hygeniests have worked on my teeth & each one did a fine job. Afterward, Dr Schulman looks over my teeth & points out any problems. After one exam visit, she suggested I have some older fillings re-done. The office staff was able to schedule me on-the-spot for appointments in the near future & I had the problems addressed. I highly recommend Dr Schulman.

When I made my appointment, they offered to arrange for the exam and possible root canal in the same visit to save me a trip, which I agreed to. I was seen promptly and an x-ray and exam indicated that I did not need the root canal. I was very relieved and appreciative that they didn't perform the procedure when it wasn't necessary. Unfortunately, the way healthcare works often is that doctors get paid per procedure, and they had already scheduled in that time, so there were multiple incentives here to perform the root canal one way or the other. I'm grateful that Dr. Dahlkemper was honest about the fact that I did not need one and sent me home early.

Already have a dental phobia, which the office was supposedly aware of, including this dentist. Along with tooth sensitivity from a separate disorder. This was by the far the worst experience I've ever had in the dentist chair. He was extremely rude - zero bedside manner. Didn't explain anything ahead of time, including interrupting me when I panicked and raised his voice with me enough that it brought me to tears. And snapped even though I was crying. Was not fully numbed and felt the procedure, even though he said I wouldn't. Also told me twice during the numbing portion of it - told me that it was my fault. My fault that I was there. No sedation during or pain killers for after the root canal, either.
