Full disclosure, I've known Mike since we worked summers together in high school…read more We had 15 trees to take down. Three right next to power lines. One overhanging neighbor's garage. Mike did an amazing job. Dropped them on a dime and excellent clean up. 30 years as a Green Beret helicopter pilot shows. Always safety conscious and extremely skilled. He works deliberately and attentively. Mike did an initial assessment. A couple of trees he said were gone didn't look that bad. We deferred to his judgement and sure enough they were rotted out inside. Highly recommended.

Initial response was good, but after…read moreconveying details of the roof, communication was dropped by the business and I then had to follow up to get a date scheduled, two and a half weeks later. Then, after ANOTHER two and a half weeks, I had to follow up to inquire about the inspection report as I had not received it." I left the above as my original one star review. Afterwards, the owner did finally connect and explained she had been ill since the inspection was done. While I'm sympathetic to life being out of our control sometimes, the business should have someone to at least take over communication if the owner is out. I would've been fine with the delay if I had been notified, and could've relayed this to my insurance company instead of dodging their calls. I WAS THEN ASKED TO REMOVE MY REVIEW before they would send my inspection report. Truly unprofessional. Actual text messages from the business (I was working so was unable to respond): "4:57PM The review is still there!? 4:57PM I'm getting ready to send inspection but need the review taken down! 5:13PM ?? 5:55 PM Need spelling of last name and full address to send it over now!! (THIS INFORMATION HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY PROVIDED) 7:00 PM Good evening. I need the info and the review taken care of so I can send this along this evening and get you taken care of please." I took the review down to get my report, and after I updated the owner, they said I'd have the report in an hour or so. Didn't receive the report for another six hours though they claimed they sent it hours earlier. Maybe this business has been great before, and will be great again, but because I specifically chose this company based on their reviews, I had to provide an account of my experience.
