Burrito bowl
Amy T.

I did order pickup and came home with a burrito bowl that was less than half full. It looks like someone hastily filled the bowl and threw it together.

Food they told me they ran out of

REFUSE TO SERVE. This location does not deserve a star. It smelled like old chicken when I walked in. The food shields looked like it had a centimeter of dust. Customer service is the worst. I waited in line only to be told that there was no more food to make a bowl. I knew automatically they were denying me service. So I took a picture of the food she said there was none of and left and they all gave me dirty looks as I took the picture of what was out in front.

The meat was burnt and the food was horrible. How are you going to raise your prices and serving below standard food. Chipotle was never this nasty, I will not be returning.

Insane amount of guacamole on top of burrito bowl

Stopped here to grab lunch while I was in the area. I was shocked when I opened the door and saw a hugeeee line. I foolishly assumed this would move quickly since other Chipotles I have been to efficiently move their lines. No such luck... it took foreverrrrr to get food. Once I got to place my order the staff was all super friendly but they each moved so slow on the line. They appeared to have a lot of mobile orders coming in so in between the people waiting in line the employees were filling those orders which was holding up the customers in line that much more. Once I got my food it was delicious and tasted fresh. The tables inside were neglected as none of the staff were keeping up with them. They needed to be wiped down and cleaned off etc... Overall, I would return if in the area since the food was go but wouldn't wait in another crazy line at this location.

This is my second visit and I will not return. The food is subpar. Each time I visited this location, the line moves incredibly slow, but most importantly the food lacks flavor. ( There was customer who had been waiting 30 min for a mobile order). My Chipotle bowl I ordered for lunch was super bland! This is probably the worst Chipotle I've been to regarding the quality of food, which is disheartening because I looovvee Chipotle.

Got food from this location and let's just say the inside is dirty. The floors were disgusting they need to keep up on cleaning because this is a restaurant. Not only that, I used the bathroom and the soap dispenser did not work. Also the bathroom was disgusting as well.

The restaurant is nicely decorated with colorful touches throughout, which really adds to the vibe. It's clean, has a number of outdoor seating options, and is tucked away in a pleasant location. Overall Ratings Atmosphere - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Food - 4/5 Parking - Street Parking Atmosphere - The space is vibrant and inviting, with colorful decor that gives it a lively feel. Everything was clean and well kept, and the outdoor seating is a nice bonus, especially in good weather. Service - The staff were very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Service was smooth and efficient, which was perfect since we were on a bit of a time crunch before our show. What We Ordered - Pork Tamale (Good, with flavorful filling) Al Pastor Taco (Easily our favorite, great flavor and well balanced) Chorizo Taco (Good) Grilled Chicken Taco (A bit on the dry side) Barbacoa Taco (Just okay, slightly dry) Lengua Taco (Very good, tender and flavorful) They also offer a nice perk of a free margarita with your meal, which was a pleasant surprise. Final Thoughts - Overall, a really solid spot with great service and a fun atmosphere. While a couple of items were slightly on the dry side, most of the food was very enjoyable. I would definitely come back for another visit.

We drove to Huntingdon Valley and among warehouses and storage complexes, we turned into Provecho. It has a warm atmosphere with Spanish music playing in the background. We ordered the Shrimp Fajitas and the Chicken and Steak Fajitas. The dishes come loaded with freshly grilled red and green bell peppers and onions. The rice is cooked perfectly with a mild seasoning, the guacamole is delicious and has great texture, and last but not least, the pico de gallo was flavor packed! We had all the necessary toppings for our fajitas. The Shrimps were tender and succulent, we rolled them up in the flour tortillas and had some great shrimp fajitas! The Steak and Chicken were cut into thin strips, but were tender and tasty - we proceeded to wrap the slices into another flour tortilla and enjoyed them as well. The only item we didn't eat were the beans - they were too watery with no flavor. It's a small restaurant, but was busy on a Saturday night and filled up fast; we noticed a great deal of people picking up orders. We agreed we had found another destination that serves good Mexican food; we'll be back.

Here, the regulations make the enterprising that much more difficult. Food trucks are their own unique restaurant category, balancing quality, creativity and value, with speed, accessibility and of course, parking. Traditional restaurants are taking a beating during a time where indoor dining is not a draw, decor means nothing and the pomp surrounding food personalities in Philly and beyond hold no weight in a scene that suffers more and more each day. If the demise of the restaurant scene in 2020 is like a full-length novel, then this review of this taco food truck is more of a wonderful novella to be watched each afternoon like a story one lives to immerse themselves in -- concentrated and poignant, full of the flavors of what one would expect from authenticity. Sitting adjacent to an Auto Zone parking lot in what may be considered not the fanciest of areas, exists what may be one of the best taco trucks in Philly. The most successful operations boil a specific type of cuisine down to a handful of signature, crowd-pleasing dishes. The taco, burrito and torta. That's what they offer. Fresh, hot, authentic fast, friendly, clean. Bright house made sauces, soft, fresh tortilla. Clean flavors, simplicity in its execution replicated repeatedly. That is the magic and this is what they do. Support small, support micro, support local, and oh yeah, put that salsa roja on errythang!!!

Drink Tip: The house margarita and top shelf margarita are pre-made and tbh they both gave me a pain throbbing headache (on two different instances). HOWEVER the other cocktails are tasty and did not give me a headache, I enjoy the cocktails most with mezcal as the smoky tequila gives certain drinks a nice kick with a smoky undertone. Food Favorites: Guacamole, Steak & Shrimp Fajitas Service: The service here is chill, they'll always ask if you have a reservation, you don't need one BUT if it's after 5 you'll be better off with a reservation. The place was PACKED wall to wall because of the holiday. The wait was about an hour, so we decided to order food to go instead. I ordered a strawberry mango margarita from the bar, and honestly, I've never had a margarita taste like a tequila sunrise before. It was thick and just not good. Jesse made it, and when I mentioned it didn't taste like a margarita, Chyna (not sure of the spelling) attempted to remake it. The second one was slightly better, but still not what I'd expect from a margarita at a Mexican restaurant. We ordered the 4 taco platter (about $21). You can only choose two of the same taco type. We tried the short rib, chicken, and pork tacos along with the street corn. The tacos were okay maybe a 5/10. They fell apart. The black beans and rice were actually good. The street corn, however, lacked flavor and didn't really resemble traditional street corn. Barely any cheese or seasoning. Even the lime served with the tacos was so dry we couldn't get juice out of it. Overall, maybe the kitchen was overwhelmed because of Cinco de Mayo, so the food just didn't have that extra care behind them. First impressions matter, and this one unfortunately missed the mark for us. On the positive side, the space is large inside, they have a nice patio/garden seating area outdoors, and reservations are available. We might go back and try taco Tuesday.
