I eat here quite frequently and enjoy it very much. Unfortunately this time we were not impressed with how our food turned out. We ordered through the app and picked up in the chipotlelane. I ordered a bowl and my fiancé ordered a burrito. The extra tortilla on her burrito was rock hard. The double rap was extra money so you'd think they would give you fresher one. I got chicken in my bowl and it was very burnt. This was a free entree with our point from the app. My guac was also not fresh. Which is something they are known for. Having the freshest guac. The new guy they have working the line is awful. He has a terrible attitude, anytime you walk up to order he just nods at you to start your order. Then he hardly gives you any food. My wife had 2 pieces of chicken on her entire taco the last 3 times we've gone. I have refused to go back due to the one persons bad attitude and terrible customer service experience. I normally order online and pick up from this location. Today I went in and now I understand why my order is always cold, poorly constructed and the food is not as flavorful as the other locations I've been to. The server literally put the tortilla in the press for 4 seconds. I counted. The beans had a skin on them and they didn't stir them at all, let alone from the bottom up. Same with the protein I picked. Zero effort made to actual layer the ingredients and they almost completely missed the tortilla with the slap of sour cream. The whole thing was folded into a stubby rectangle because all the ingredients are bunched up. The floor was filthy and the place smelled like old bleach water not food. By far the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. This is the second time they have run out of a main item, and instead of being proactive a d cooking more as serving is going on, they are reactive and wait until the item runs out. On top of that, the guacamole they served was old and inedible, and the orange they gave us for a kids meal was moldy. Just ridiculous. I placed my order via the Chipotle app on my phone at 6:25, and was told that my order would be ready at 6:40. The app had my favorite saved, a barbacoa bowl, with white rice, pinto beans, peppers and onions, mild, medium, corn salsa, cheese and lettuce. When I got to the store at 6:35, there was a line of people waiting for their online orders, as well as a long line of people ordering their food in person. A number of people ahead of me were inquiring about their orders, only to be told that 'somebody must have taken it'. The line cooks then dropped everything and completed their order. I waited nearly forty minutes before my name was called. The label on the bag and my bowl said that it was what I had ordered. However, when I got home, I discovered that what I was given was a chicken bowl, with only corn salsa, and sour cream. Apparently, my order had been mixed up with somebody else's. Hopefully, my bowl didn't give anybody heartburn. Admittedly, it was a busy night, with Facebook outages and plenty of 'Karens' ahead of me in line. Still, the staff could have done a better job. As it was, tonight's experience with Chipoltle was a Charlie Foxtrot. read more

This is my stop of choice on road trips up to the North Country and Canada. The choices are standard to any Chipotle, but this one of the healthiest choices in the area for a quick bite. The bathroom here is generally clean as is the dining area. I usually eat out in the car though. Every time I've been here, the staff have been pleasant and friendly. My only complaint is that service is a little slow, but perhaps this time it was a result of a trainee just getting started. And we've all been in that spot before, so I can't complain. read more

We ordered chicken Taco and other stuff .One order of the chicken taco was suppose to be with Queso Blanca, lettuce salsa, corn salsa. Rice and bean on the side of course because its a Taco . But No, they put the rice and beans all in the taco. Like since when a Taco gets rice and beans.. Everything was cold And Spoiled . We will never Support this business Again!!! read more

But they won't tell you until you ask for it and your food is 90% prepared. 3. Poor customer service: Rude servers with no words beyond "here or to go", "black or pinto" and distracted behavior leading to inaccurate orders. 4. Not prepared: nearly out of chicken and less than one scoop veggies left. No comment on the time it would take to make more or offer to bring a side of veggies out when they are ready 5. Food is great. Service is terrible. I order frequently using Uber eats pick up and never had a problem until recently. I ordered and waited 45 minutes past the time the order was supposed to be ready. I was patient because I saw how busy they were. Finally I asked and they said "the general manager" told them not to make Uber eats orders until we ask. This was not displayed on a sign anywhere. I asked the manager why they'd do that and she blew me off and told me because she got told to and immediately turned away and continued working. I come here at least once a week and I love it each time. I usually get the steak bowl with chips and I've never had issues yet. The place is easily accessible, has plenty of parking, hardly any wait time, and the staff is fantastic. I've never had any issues with how the food quality turned out and the restaurant itself is kept really clean, which is a definite plus on my book. Been going there once a week for about 3 years now and I can't remember a single time where I had any issues. Love the food, great meal to stop by and grab on a day where you just don't feel like cooking. Definitely recommend those in Watertown who hasn't tried chipotle to give it a shot. You won't be disappointed. Family friendly as well, I recommend the steak bowl! read more

Went in hungry and received the smallest portions ever. Asked the girl if she gave me half portion when a partial spoon of rice was spead across the bottom . ( thoughtt she was confused because I explained I wanted a second boat to divide up one of them). She replied no, it was a full amount. I went on and got a tiny sprinkle of chicken. I asked for every topping and ended up with bowls that where level with the brim of the bowl. When the lids went on at the register, I made the comment they have never been that small and we are still going to be hungry. $23 for 3 half full rice bowls. I won't be back any time soon.
