Extremely slow service, speaker for drive through is hardly audible. Food is alright for a Burger King

One of the very few fast food options in town that consistently gets my order right, and the food is fresh and hot. Service is usually friendly enough. I sometimes have to pull around to wait for my food but that is 100% ok with me if it means it's being cooked fresh, and it's usually only an extra minute or two wait anyway. read more

I love Burger King, but this store sucks, it took 20 minutes to receive my done in order and it was messed up and cold by the time we got them and that's just the tip of the iceberg, the workers here are very unprofessional and I swear to god that the qualifications to work at this particular location is that you have to be a crackhead and do a 8ball of coke before showing up to work, then shoot up some heroin on your breaks I mean seriously a worker was walking through the store with a unlit cigarette in their mouth and the workers were complaining about peoples orders... effing ridiculous no wonder this location was shut down back to back by the health department read more

I am months late with this review, but I am here to show this Burger King some love. We randomly stopped here on our way Lake Placid, and everything was good. I can't vouch for the interiors as it was during the time when we couldn't go in (I wouldn't have anyway, because, drive-thrus), but the service was fast, and they got our order right. One of the things I love about eating outside of cities is how different the food can taste at everyday places. The beef in the burgers tasted fresh, like someone's neighbor's cow is bow missing (lol). Our family are BK fans, so I am happy this was a good spot. read more

Saturday evening, June 29th, 2024 my companion and I went in to get something to eat. He ordered a meal and I ordered a whopper with cheese meal, no onions no lettuce. We also ordered a chicken wrap. We waited about 15 minutes for our food, when i got my whopper with cheese everything was still on it and the sticker on the wrapper said no onion or lettuce. I went back to the counter and waited almost 10 minutes before i was noticed. The woman took my sandwich and sticker and told them to make it again. A manager apologized and ofered me a cookie or pie, which i refused, although I was greatful for the offer. I again waited almost 10 more minutes for my new sandwich, and by that time my companion was done eating, and my new sandwich had NO CHEESE? I went back again, and the people in assembly said "you didn't mess up her sandwich again did you?" And i said yes he did. This one has no cheese, thank you. I then walked away to leave when someone sarcastically said "Have a good day" to which i replied "yeah sure. You too. Ha." And i walked out. Overall people dont know what they're doing, and the workers are sarcastic, snarky and rude. We will not be returning. If i could I would give ZERO stars. read more

I waited in store 1/2 hour only to get cold food and watch the many employees run around like they didn't have a clue as to what they were doing. Got my food, they to me I was all set to go, I still needed 3 drinks. I had to remind them what I ordered for drinks and also had to tell 3 people I needed frys. They apparently couldn't read. The computer screens are right there , I could see what drinks I ordered and my whole order. I have a new slogan for BK. Fast food delivered real slow. You people suck. read more

Avoid this place!! They cant even handle a simple order or 2 Whopper Juniors with no onions, 1 whopper junior with just ketchup and pickles, and a whopper with no cheese and no onions. They got it all wrong. Even after I had the front line person read it back to me! Of course joe pesce was right, you get sc**wed at the drive through but I even went inside to place this "to go" order. Got home and realized they got it all wrong. I recently visited the arsenal street bk and was very happy with my service.Not only was this location very clean the employees were extremely friendly.My order was processed quickly and the food tasted fresh.Next time I am grabbing a quick meal for my large family I will definitely be glad to drive to other side of town to Arsenal street bk. read more
