What can I say KFC love their extra crispy chicken....and drive through makes it even better so thank you for Kate night goodness

This place will be closed within six months after Popeyes and Chick-fil-a open. Almost every time we have been the food has been horrible the people working there dont want to be there, tonight to top it off we went at 7pm the hours say they are open until 9, there are customers eating inside the door's are still open but yet the employee behind the counter told us " We are not taking orders". What are you not a resturant? is it not the reason for your exsistance to take food orders. If you were closed why would you still leave your door's open. Sounds like a bunch of lazy workers getting $15.00 an hour and all they want to do is clean up early weel clean up is a little over used here! and go outside to take a hit off their piece. So, I go through the drive thru and the voice says go ahead and order when you're ready. Seriously, I was checking out the menu for less than 60 seconds and the voice prompts me to order, again, when ready. Like, give me a minute, literally. Then, I'm given my total. Drive up to the window and I'm given another total, so I let the employee know that isn't what was said, her response was "oh, that's what we used to charge, the price is different now." Hello? Did she have the old prices all memorized? Sketchy to say the least. Then, I swear on my life there is ONE patron in the dining area and a car that pulled into the lot the same time as me, I was told to move forward to wait for my food. Fast food why? So I can sit here for.... AND no damn receipt. The only reason I gave 2 stars is the employee that just came on shift didn't hesitate to run back in out of the rain to get me one. Follow up- and, after I got home I realized there were no biscuits OR sauce. What is a tenders family meal without dipping sauce. Epic fail. Will not EVER return to this location. read more

Being a past employee I think the public should know that that cook and serve outdated food. The French fries they make sit there till there sold no matter the long time they spend in the heating unit. There sink is always full of dishes in the morning from the night befor causeing it to have a nasty smell and film on the items(pic included). I personally was told to cook and serve chicken that was outdated by almost 2 weeks. I refused thus leading to me haveing issues. I feel the public should know that the health and cleanliness standards of this kfc are far below exacta or do to the managing staff not caring. There worried more about hours for there family(kids and nephew) working there. Being a restaurant that is corporate I don't understand how a husband and a wife can be a General managing team together and have their eldest son as the manager below them and have two other of their children working there alongside their nephew. I feel if that family was removed from the restaurant the quality of service and food would rise immensely. read more

Just visited the KFC. We walked in not drive thru. We were great by a very pleasant counter girl. She was very informative about questions we had. We received our food in about 5 minutes. I'll review again once we eat the meal. Had dinner and it was as expected. It's certainly not a healthy meal but was good. read more

Every time I come here they never greet me correctly, they rush me in the drive thru with my order, tell me to pull up, and they never offer a receipt. the entire staff seen to hate their jobs and speak in a calm but condescending way. They always seem to be short-handed. I once received received luke warm chicken and the worker caught an attitude when I asked for fresh chicken. One day I went through the drive thru and they told me that they are not taking cash tonight. As soon as I let them know that I have a card and started ordering they cut me off and said sorry our machines are down and this happened frequently around 6:38pm What's sad is that the establishment is the closest to me and but I just refuse to feel the way I do when I leave each time anymore. We just spent over $30.00 for dinner for myself and my husband. He got home and the chicken was terrible most of the skin was missing and when you pulled it was apart the meat was raw.The chicken had a very bitter, rubbery taste and was hard to pull apart. The biscuits we're raw dough in side. The potatoes are made are artificial powder and you could taste the powder. The corn was so over done. Hopefully the dessert is alright. My husband is talking to the KFC main office, Customer Care.I am just so happy I do not have small children they would have gotten sick from this. Waited in the drive-through ordered and then was told to pull up. There was already a car pulled up ahead of us so they told us upon a parking spot we waited 20 minutes before we walked inside to find out what was going on with our order because we saw 10 cars come to the drive-through. Then we let them know we're still waiting on our order and they walked away we assumed they were making an order another 15 minutes went by before I demanded a refund and the manager finally came out of their office and was just like oh they don't tell me I didn't know here's your refund. No apologies no explanations nothing. I would definitely never recommend them because they all have attitude and act like they could care less about your order read more

The handful of times I've been here, when you order the crispy chicken they are always out of it, so I changed my order and was informed that they were out of that too. I wanted to say, well, what DO you have? The last time I went there in June 2012, we ordered 2 buckets of chicken for a party. We ordered one crispy bucket and one original bucket both with 2 side dishes.When we finally got our 2 buckets of chicken to the party, they had made us 2 buckets of the crispy chicken and no original recipe. We had also kindly requested that they put the side dishes into a separate bag, which they didn't. They piled 6 side dishes in one flimsy bag which broke before we got it in and one of our side dishes ended up as dog food in the driveway as it fell out and came out on the driveway. Well, my dog seemed to like it..... As far as food quality, it's standard KFC fare. Though, the attitude of the staff and management seem to be one of not caring if they get your order right. Which makes me mad since this chicken is not cheap at around $45 for 2 buckets. I don't think I'd order from this particular KFC again. read more

Not to sound unprofessional here, this is probably the worst KFC I've ever ordered from. The chicken taste good, I'd say they just need a smarter staff. I said my meal 2 times back to him just to make sure it was right. 1) I ordered a 3 tender meal with bbq sauce and Cajun fries, but I received a 3 tender meal with NO BBQ sauce and mashed potatoes. The food from kfc is always delicious. If u haven't tried the new bbq basket it tastes just like Fritos honey bbq twists chips. They are delicious. The lady gave me a dirty look after she smiled like I hate my job and u for making me work kind of look. The store is poorly taken care of. I submitted an online order to be picked up at this restaurant. I sent my fiance to the restaurant to pick up my order, as I was not feeling well and the weather was bad. My fiance arrived to the restaurant, where pace was slow and the employees were gathered amongst each other socializing, even though there was trash on the floor and tables. He confirmed with the KFC staff that the contents of the bag were in correspondence with the order. He did not check the bag, as staff assured him the order was correct. When I got my order, there was no cookie, no sauce and no straws. My fiance called the restaurant to see what could be done for us and the staff on the phone was extremely rude, placing all blame on my fiance. So we asked to speak to the manager and were placed on brief hold before a different woman answered. She told us her name is Brittney. She was just as rude, stating that the cookie only comes with the order if it is mentioned by the customer upon pick up. She also stated that my fiance should have known to locate the straws and place them in the to-go bag himself (but not plastic cutlery, which was included in the bag). When asked about the sauce, I was told by the manager that I did not specify sauce in the order (even though it is listed on my online order receipt) and thats why it wasn't included. Since the staff was being rude, I asked for a district managers contact information and was denied, as they falsely accused my fiance of calling the staff names during the phone call, which is untrue. I'm not so much concerned with the fact that the order was missing several items. Mistakes happen. But when the issue was adressed with staff, and not only did nothing get done, but the attitude we received was unacceptable. The restaurant was messy and since the staff doesn't seem to want to do their jobs correctly or at least take responsibility for their actions, we most likely will not be returning. read more

This is horrible restaurant , last time i was order a big bucket of chicken with four sides.. me and my girlfriend had plane went to Thomson park to play and enjoy the dinner.. But when we got over there we found out their is no spoon or folk no Ketchup or napskin... either way the Chicken wasnt good.. we have to used soda lead and staw to eat the mass potatoes and some are used by our own hands that is really suck. read more

Went here 4:30pm on 1/19/2015 -- aviod this store of the chain. The place was empty, which tells me that they probably have big issues everyday. For us, the first complaint was how dirty the place is inside. We dined in, so we had ample opportunities to see the employees smoking non-stop outside instead of doing their jobs. Small wonder the food was poorly cooked and the gravy badly watered down. Somebody needs to clean this place up, or close it. read more

Nasty! I wanted extra crispy white meat meal ... The chicken was way over cooked so dried out and bland... The mashed and gravy was bland... The slaw was ok ...The biscuit was hard tack!! And to top it off I never got my bottle of water!!! Very unhappy!!! It all went in trash! read more

Horrible service, the people who worked in that place are rude, there was no cars, no persons inside the restaurant and I was waiting too long for food while they used their phones and playing with each other. It is always the emptiest restaurant in the place, and when they have to serve a single person they do it with a horrible attitude like they don't want to work. Then another crazy women ran and stood in front of my car saying it would call the police.!! insulting me and yelling at me all the time.! This KFC was nice staff at all, Everytime I came here I had the same problem with my order. They never gave you ketchups until you tell them, and after your request they just gave me a couple. Excuse me for couple ketchups I dont think that enough for eight pieces chicken. Very different from the Taco Bell all the sauce located outside for conveiniece.
