Completely hit or miss! Depending on who's working your food might come out correct and warm or it might not. Some of the employees are friendly, but if they are not on shift, the others have a bad attitude and just shove your bowl down the line. Often times the meat is very fatty. And depending on who's working you either get a full bowl or they barely put any food in it. read more

I always order the same thing, and the bowl is a mound. I opened my call-in order and it barely filled the bowl. I see almost no meat, and a spoonful of guacamole. No queso sauce like I ordered. This place is the most poorly managed restaurant I've ever experienced and CONSISTENTLY. For starters, let's just take a look at the glass sneeze guard. It looks like it has dust from 1982. If this is the most presented surface to customers, I'm terrified to look in the back and its definitely not cleaned daily. ick. 2) theyre always out of everything. since starting 75 hard, i cant do rice and beans, so double veggies it is. never any veggies. with delivery ive been handed a bowl of meat not even a heads up that theyre out of the majority of the meal ive ordered. and forget getting the dressing for the salad. an employee once told me "oh they forgot to order honey" rude employees, honestly its embarrassing how poorly this place is run. read more

Was in the area went to this location and was amazed great portions and food. And even better customer service the older gentleman there was very sweet far from the psl location which have a piss poor attitude everytime and blame their customers for them messing up online orders. Ordered online from this location on 7/3 about an hour before closing. The food was ready within the suggested time however when we got home we realized that they did not get the orders right. My husband's order was double meat with light rice. The bowl was half full. Somehow my order had more meat than his even though I didn't ask for double meat. I arrived at 3:45, way beyond, and before rush-hour. Trash was overflowing, drink/utensil area needed to be restocked and was sloppy, and the worst part, the place was empty and the dining room tables were dirty and unsanitary. I witnessed people with their new food order wishing to eat in the dining room having to look for a clean place to eat! This is unacceptable at any given time. It makes me leary that they don't care about the cleanliness of their trash situation and dirty dining room, how are the conditions in the kitchen? Lots of staff and not concerned about the basic clean up of the front of the store? I'm never eating here. Flies were also circling. read more

Time says they close at 11 but, i got there at 8pm and they didn't have anything no cheese, no sour cream, and NO CHIPS. They were very dirty, food everywhere in the show case and garbage was over flowing on the floor which is right when you walk in. The guy making bowls came off as rude; and claimed he wanted to quit when a line began. The rest of the employees looked like they did not want to be there which is not a good look for chipotle. For the price of the food service should be better, and they should have everything stocked at 8 when they close at 11pm. WORST CHIPOTLE IN JENSEN! read more

This location is disgusting. Even though I live less than 1 mile from this location, I drive 5 miles out of my way to the other Stuart location. The food counter is very unkept, food particles scattered. The hot grill was thick with charred food remaining from numerous sessions of chicken and steak cooked on but not cleaned for what looked like hours! Grose. If the front line looks this disgusting I can't imagine what the unseen areas look like. The employees at McDonalds are more pleasant than this crew. All of the food didn't look or TASTE fresh. They were out of so many things AND their drink machine was all watered down. I didn't even eat my food i felt it was "dirty". The food had hard things in it (that i didn't know what they were) and chicken wasn't cooked all the way and it was in big chunks. Stuart location is 10x better. read more

12/22/19 Customer service! Fast! Always great food! I Ordered online and something went wrong with submitting the order, but I was still charged on my visa. Went in anyway to wait in line to order. Very quick moving pace...told first associate what had happened. She checked for my order and apologized for the issue. Place in Stuart is absolutely filthy and who ever is in charge besides these high school kids obviously doesn't give a shit! Bathroom is nasty no matter what time of day. Soap dispenser hasn't worked as well as the hand dryer for weeks. Floors are nasty and if you look around they obviously don't have cleaning on their list. Garbage is always overflowing and I blame management for allowing all this as acceptable for a food establishment . Absolutely Disgusting!! There is no excuse. Will be driving to Jensen next time. Food is good, but the way the crew members act on the job is just not okay. The level of attitude from the people that work here is hardly permissible. The customer service is very bad at this location. Both two people (the one serving food as well as the cashier) that I interacted with were incredibly short, sent glares my and my spouses way for asking for basic things (an extra top for my bowl got me a deep glare, lol) . These people obviously do not care about their jobs or about the customer and quality of service. Whoever made the food is fine, good job on the food because it tastes good. But honestly, the attitude and rude qualities of the people that served me was so notable that it makes me want to never come back. I love Chipotle but this location is very poorly managed in the area of customer service and treating people with kindness, doing their job without being absolutely miserable. read more
