I almost always get the salad and I usually enjoy it. The vinaigrette is so good and I think it would make a flip flop taste great. However, I think they have changed their salad greens...? I've noticed a darker green leaf that has been added. (Purple Kale?) I do not recognize. While I love my greens (mostly), this one is very bitter and I end up picking them out and into the trash they go. I used to love this Chipotle location, but it's gone seriously downhill. Multiple times now, I've come in hours before closing (we're talking three hours, not 30 minutes), and workers are already refusing to make certain items--claiming they're out or just not restocking because they "want to close early." It's incredibly frustrating to be turned away from a basic order like a burrito bowl or guac when the store should still be in full operation. This isn't a one-time issue--it's a consistent pattern, which shows poor management and a lack of respect for paying customers. On top of that, the food quality has plummeted. The guacamole? Practically water. Burrito bowls are half-filled and thrown together with zero care. It's like no one there actually wants to be serving food. If the store is open until a certain time, the full menu should be available. Period. And customers should never feel like they're inconveniencing the staff just by ordering. Ok so I'm a huge chipotle lover and I don't usually leave reviews but this was awful. The food itself seemed fine with the exception of the guac and chips. I've never seen brown guac at a chipotle but this was so bad I opted not to even get it. The chips were beyond stale as well! The big problem though was cleanliness. My husband and I got there around noon so they'd been open for all of an hour and the place looked like a crime scene. Every single table was dirty, there's an active leak on the lemonade area and the carpet looked like it had never been vacuumed. Management - get someone in there quick to clean this place up or you're looking at health code violations. This is the filthiest restaurant I have ever been in. We arrived less than 45 min after they opened so it wasn't because they were busy. The floors, the rugs, the soda counters and dispensers looked as if they hadn't been wiped, swept, or washed in weeks. It's 3:30 on a Sunday during the holiday season and I was just turned away *inside* the building so they could "temporarily close" until 5pm. Almost every single time I come to this location there is an issue. Last time the ice machine was broken. The time before that the woman in front of me couldn't order a quesadilla in person. She literally had to stand in the restaurant and order it through the app. Chipotle just raised their prices ~10%, and yet this location still cannot pay enough to staff the location properly. Seeing these negative reviews is interesting. I guess I've always caught them at a good time. I have been to pretty gross chipotles but this one is a 3/5 on the clean scale. It's definitely not sparkling clean but you can't expect much at these types of places. I used to work at this location before, so that much I know the foods properly handled. Trying to be unbiased, it's been a while since I've worked there, to the point we're none of the staff know me and I've moved towns. The portions are always generous, order is always accurate and on time (if not sometimes earlier), and the food is always super fresh. This place is disgusting! Was there previously and it was filthy- my daughter talked me into trying it today to see if it was better and it was actually worse! Before you even go in the outside patio had napkins all over the ground and the trash was overflowing. As we were standing in line inside and looking around every single table was dirty, food on the floor, and trash cans overflowing. There was spilled sauce and lettuce on the counter by the cashier and he never bothered to clean it up as he stood there chatting. The whole long stool counter along the front window was covered in spilled food and lettuce. My daughter looked at me and said "wow you're right-let's leave." Food is great staff with the exception of management is great but they are on their 5th week of no ice in the ice machine. I know not a huge deal but they still don't have a sign and they let customers walk over, realize machine is broke, then have to walk back up to register, wait in line then ask for a cup of ice from behind the counter that you just fill with warm soda that tastes flat and terrible. Why no sign? Why not fill the soda behind the counter? Why not manually fill the ice machine? So many questions that shouldn't have to be asked of a billion dollar company. Would change this to a five if the machine gets fixed or if they put up a sign.
