Since the opening I've been here about 18 times. Maybe once a month. Of those 18, twelve (12) have had issues. Every one of the has been at the drive through Some examples: -no sour cream (didn't mention it) -no veggies (didn't mention it) -no silverware or napkins even after requested -wrong order (twice) literally wrong name -cold food (several) -wrong protein and no vegetables. For this I went right back and the goofy kid that looks like Eric Cartman goes "sorry bro, we were out" "You were out of chicken?" "Nah the vegetables tho" "Can I get the right order" "I got you" This particular order was for someone who was Muslim and ate pork they were given believing it was chicken. Would you be mad? ^^^^ After that disaster they offered me a "free entree" (today) This was ordered with double chicken. We picked out all the chicken. It weighed out 2.8oz. The scoop itself fills 3oz. At some point you have to think they are actually incompetent and not just lazy. And before you ask why I've gone back so often, a combination of being hungry and short on time and they actually have quality ingredients, perhaps I've been a glutton for punishment. That ended today. Don't go to this location. Also, they are more expensive that other chipotle locations, including Newtown (which is an insanely expensive place to live) and Fairless Hills. read more

It really sucks that people only comment bad reviews and nobody comments the good ones, because this place has definitely improved in the last 2 years, portions are great (both online and in-person), the service from the staff is great, they are always working hard and fast. Definitely recommend giving them a shot. read more

The food is very Good My coworkers go there all the time, I decided to give it a try Adam made the best burrito and I ordered a specialty steak platter for my husband a nice alternative to pizza on a Friday night. The restaurant was fully staffed and a very nice young lady Gracie checked me out with a smile. I would highly recommend This Restaurant. read more

The quality and service here sucks. Do not order from this location. On more than one occasion when ordering for pickup the food was not ready on time, then you get home and realize they missed the main protein for your dish. You go online and all you get are "points" for your next screwed up order. Order from the Quakertown location, the crew here runs circles around the Souderton location. Worst Chipotle experience. Place staffed by four dudes all about 17-23 yrs old. Despite now being 2023, this place is doing online only ordering...which means you have to stand in the store and use the app to order. Bag with cold food came out 10 mins later. We had time to kill in the area, so we set out in search of a table which was a bit of a challenge as many were dirty with chunks of food on them. I don't think the dudes come out from behind the counter much. In addition to dirty tables, utensils and napkins were empty. Sat down to eat and, like I said, food was cold...and pretty bland...and rice wasn't fully cooked. Not sure what's going on with the place. Some adult supervision might help. We've eaten here before and it was good, not great, but good. Will probably not come back. read more

DON'T BOTHER EATING AT THIS LOCATION. Just went to soudertown chipotle and it was disgustingly dirty, and the worker slopped the sour cream all over the outside of my bowl. I Was taking my BF to chipotle for the first time and he refused to even order because it was so filthy. I ordered on the app and my food ended up being nearly an hour late. Staff wouldn't acknowledge me when I tried to ask questions. They also messed up my sons order. The worst part was the condition of the restaurant. It was filthy. Garbage cans over flowing. Food and trash on the floors in the kitchen. The prep area was revolting. I put in a complaint on through the survey and was "awarded" a free entree I can't imagine ever using. read more

This is one of those rare occasions where I feel like piling on to the mountain of one star reviews. For a $50 order I received a half full rice bowl with no fajita vegetables, my wife was missing a side and the chip bag strangely had very few chips in it. Not only are we giving up on this particular restaurant, we are never going back to Chipotle period. I'd rather spend my hard earned money on locally owned restaurants. read more

My husband had a high protein bowl and it was so spicy that he could not eat it. I tried to eat it for my lunch today and could not eat it either. There was nothing in the description that indicated it was spicy. When we tried to contact the store, we could not get to a person. We are long-time customers or should I say, we were? I went in to pick up a door dash order. I was told to wait, which I was fine with. As I waited, I became less fine. This restaurant is FILTHY. I wish I didn't have the time to take notice. This place has been going downhill fast, customer service is trash I just went there again I must've been out of my mind to even go back there and my brother ordered 3 tacos, the worker started making a bowl only added the meat and rice and then said "oh wait u wanted tacos right?" My brother said yeah and the worker replied "I'll give you hard shells on the side" didn't even offer to remake his food lol. If I could I'd give less stars for this location I've ordered through the app numerous times and each time they mess it up entirely. I also have dietary restrictions that they just ignore ( I ordered sofritas got steak). I'm upset because I was very excited to finally have a chipotle near me but now I guess I'll go back to driving 20 minutes to get my chipotle fix. Too bad 0 stars isn't an option. We saw the reviews but figured we would give it a chance because we love chipotle. The restaurant was filthy, the food was cold and had no flavor. We ordered my son a quesadilla and what we got was a cold taco shell with unmelted cheese to start. The chips were stale, the guac was brown and everything else had absolutely no flavor. Walk in order and paid with debit card. Somehow weeks later this shows up as a Doordash order which it was not. Tried to reach the manager of the Souderton store to discuss how this would happen but just get automated system. When I did get the store phone it rang and rang and when it picked up it asked me for my REMOTE ACCESS CODE. I'd like to know how this happens so I don't have to delete my doordash/grubhub accounts due to a vendors misuse of my card. Doubtful I'll ever get a response as no one answers phones any more. Really dirty, staff rushing so much that different ingredients are getting tossed into adjacent bins, condiments and soft drink fountain area was not restocked, and tables not cleaned. No separate mobile order section so staff had to try to fill mobile orders while filling in store orders, getting them mixed up easily. No manager seemed to be available to speak with. read more

This is the worst chipotle location I have ever ordered from. My entire order has been incorrect multiple times. You will have to wait for a refund from online because you won't get help over the phone. Don't waste your time and drive to Quakertown or Montgomeryville where they actually know how to prepare their food. My brother and I came to this location about an hour before closing and were absolutely unsatisfied with the experience. This was the worst location of any chipotle I've ever been to. They had no white rice, no peppers and onions, no cheese and no lettuce. Their prep area was massively dirty, and employees were throwing food around while we waited to be served.
