The service at this NK is impossibly slow. With one care in front of me at the drive in I waited 15 minutes before I gave up and left. McDonalds is across the street. There were five cars in front of me, and my wait was less than two minutes. As I drove out, I could see the car that had been in front of me at BK hadn't moved yet. Every review I see is the same thing - slow service. The franchise owners see these reviews, so it's clear they really don't care about fixing this problem. read more

Being the closest Burger King to my house, it has been the one I have gone to for all my life. I loved running around the playground as a kid and eating in, and when I got a car and a license you can bet I was in the drive through or popping in when I had the chance. The food is fantastic but lately though, the service has been questionable. A few months ago I ordered the new Chicken Parmesan Sandwich they advertised and got a Chicken Sandwich with Lettuce, Mayo and Tomatoes instead (and I dont like Tomatoes or Mayo). I picked off everything I didnt like and I ate it because I was already home. Today at the drive through the worker seemed annoyed we didn't know what we wanted (you say take your time but do you mean it?), kept mishearing what we were saying and the quantities of the items and seemed very unenthusiastic to be there. I'm willing to give the worker the benefit of the doubt of having a bad day, but too many times has the order been messed for me or my family and I need to note that. It wasn't always like this and I'll keep coming here out of concienceve, but I really hope I can update with a better review in the future. read more

We stopped here for a quick bite last night before a show at the Sellersville Theater. They had approx. 6 employees working an the restaurant with us as the only customers inside. The food was extremely cold. The burger had one pickle, one tomatoe and a few pieces of lettuce. It was very sad. The fries were overcooked and hard as they had been sitting for a while. The employees were fooling around and not doing any physical work. Some of what they were saying was inappropriate with patrons in the facility. If I were the owner of this facility I would be ashamed. Very disappointing. read more

Today my family and I ordered food to eat in Burger King in Souderton, PA 18964. The cashier took my name. We were waiting for our food ordered almost 30 minutes, then i came to the counter to ask the two cashiers that when i can have my food coming?. The Drive through cashier was so rude, disrespected and even didn't answer my question, he said "you need to sit in front of cashier, then i can see you then call you". The Customer is the number 1, we can sit anywhere in the restaurant we want. We spoke to the manager, but he didn't even say sorry to us for waiting the food too long, and for his employee's bad attitude. We didn't want to eat and we wanted to return them. He's not a qualified manager, should get more trainings. He doesn't know how to manage the restaurant business, even at that moment the restaurant eat in was not busy. That will cause loosing customer. We walked out and went to McDonald's across the street. Their service were excellent, we had a pleasant evening at McDonald's. read more

Never in my life have I had such a bad experience at a fast food restaurant. I went here recently and went through the drive thru (which was not busy at all and I was the only car in line, plus it appeared that they were fully staffed which makes this all even more unacceptable). I ordered an impossible whopper with no mayo and fries. the girl working was super friendly and the transaction went smoothly. when I got my order, I parked and saw that there was mayo on my burger even though I clearly asked for no mayo. This was not a big deal, I know that mistakes happen. So, I went back through the drive thru, which was still not busy at all, and politely told them what happened and nicely asked if I could get the burger remade. I was nice about it and did not give attitude at all. I specifically said no mayo clearly so I know there was no miscommunication here. The same girl from before was nice about it and apologized. I waited at the window for my new burger and a man rudely shoved it at me. I was kind of caught off guard by that so I parked again and checked the order just in case. What I received was a burger with no condiments EXCEPT for mayo. It was completely covered with mayo. It was almost like a joke. At this point I did not wanna go back in the drive thru again so I just left and threw out the burger because I absolutely hate mayo. I wasted money, time, and food at this location and I am very upset. I contacted burger king customer support online and told them what happened but they never got back so I am posting this review on here instead. Do not go here or you will be disappointed. I go here often for convenience, and the employees are nice enough. I do wish they were more accurate though! I never pull away without checking my order from the number of times they've made a mistake. But at least they always fix it without issue. read more

Terrible terrible Place me and my friend got both got ice cream cones for $0.50 and then there was paper in his so he brought it to the counter and said what is this and they told us to get out and don't come back when the lady before when we first walked in and kept eyeing us up and whispered something to her employee, and it was just crazy I'm never going back there. read more
