Came here for lunch on a Tuesday in between a couple of appointments my daughter had nearby. First thing we noticed is that it's a bit spacious. The workers' energy was blah. My daughter added guac on her bowl and the portion was cheap; Not to mention the container was almost empty; I told him I would purchase some too but it looks it needs to be replenished. so basically we were coming from Taco Bell because they were overcharging us and we weren't gonna purchase stuff from there so then we went to chipotle and I ordered a cheese quesadilla for my kid and my dad ordered a burrito but the quesadilla I ordered for my kid was supposed to be five dollars but they charged me for $11 and then my dad ordered his and he ordered lots of stuff on it but they couldn't do it themselves so my dad said that he can do it. He can roll it and the lady ignored us and didn't even react so she just kept trying to do it and half the ingredients fell off and then this other lady came to like redo the wrap and instead of them just double wrapping they just lost half the ingredients and rolled it. Then the lady that was serving us didn't even remember that I ordered the quesadilla so it was completely burnt and while we were there the other workers that were working online thing working laughing the whole time and being annoying and another thing is that they messed up the food so much that so much of the burrito was out that there not much left but when my dad said that he could do it himself, they didn't listen and they just kept trying to do it but they kept failing and more food was just coming out so it was just a big waste of food and they couldn't roll the burrito and they just kept messing it up then when we got to the checkout, the lady didn't know how to do it so she asked this other guy to do it and we had to wait there while she asked me what I ordered called me over actually to have me tell her what I ordered, even though my order was burning in the oven behind her, and when she took it out, it was completely black on one side and all the cheese was out then we finally got a receipt and sat down then we also eat our food and I ate the cheese and we ate cardboard because the cheese was melted on the bowl that they gave us for the quesadilla so that was our experience. We would rank that as one out of 10 and it was just not a good experience and I think they need to hire some people that actually know how to work it and I don't have very bad memory because I ordered my thing and then three minutes later she didn't even know what I was like talking about she didn't even remember so yeah that was bad and I would recommend new hiring. read more

This location USED to be great but slowly over the years they went downhill. Their staff just does not CARE. I have been at different times a day and there are staff on their phones or chatting. Because several staff members are handling the food at different times gloves should be absolutely mandatory. The waits vary depending on who is working, some of the staff are really good. Used the bathroom a few times and no toilet paper. Mention to one of the staff and they look at me like I am bothering them. I am assuming all the bad reviews do not bother this establishment. I really don't know how you can screw up a pickup order but alas this chipotle did. I ordered one burrito bowl and one burrito and got two burritos with nothing labeled so of course it was impossible to figure out which burrito was which. Shame on me for thinking this place was competent and I didn't check before I was on my way. There was also an employee that handed me the order and you would think someone would double check the order before handing it to the customer, but no. As others have stated, once they run out of cooked product in their inventory they often do not have intentions of making more. First time at any chipotle and I must say I enjoyed it! Visiting from Los Angeles and it was near the nail salon I just finished at. I told the employee (Darrel) it was my first visit and he was super hospitable and informative The portion was generous- I got a tofu salad with a lot of fresh pico de gallo. I thought I wouldn't finish it but thre ingredients were so delicious and fresh I ate the entire salad!! Staff was super nice and you could tell their energy was positive and they were all a team. At first I thought that being open at 1045 AM would be a good thing, sometimes I eat an early lunch. However, the issue is that they really are not ready to serve this early. They are still making the food. The staff was friendly but having to still prepare major food items like rice and guacamole took their attention from serving the customers. Perhaps this was a one off issue but something tells me it wasn't. I will return because I like Chipotle and I do come through the area a few times a year. I was there today with my family and it seems like the place is run by teenagers. All tables were dirty, we had to clean one to sit down. The garbage was overflowing, the floor was dirty and all the lemonade/água fresca dispensers were empty. Then to complete the sad situation, when we were leaving, we had to leave our garbage on top of the garbage container holder because there was nowhere else to put it, a young lady who I'm pretty sure works there and had just gotten off her shift walked back in and starting telling us how rude we were for leaving the garbage there, waited for us to leave the restaurant to continue insulting my husband in front of my kids.
