After a bad experience over a year ago I decided to give it a try since I was in search of something fairly fresh and fast. This time it was quite the opposite, which I appreciated and hence this updated review. I tried their new Garlic Guajillo steak in a burrito bowl and it is pretty good, the new steak flavor especially. The portions of steak were generous, just the right amount for a single dinner serving. Same fresh toppings to choose from -red or green, corn salsa, pico salsa, fajita vegetables, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole (for a nominal charge), etc. All were properly portioned to the bowl. I ordered some toppings on the side and some I asked for extra qty in the bowl. The order was 100% accurate and prepared on time to my online order pick-up time. Overall a good value for "fast cazh" food and service with a tasty new steak flavor. read more

Where do I begin with this experience. The place was dirty, every table was not washed, garbage cans were overflowing, they were out of food items, fountain drink machine had no ice, certain pops were not working. Staff seemed like they were out of it. There was so much staff behind the counter not doing much and probably could have cleaned the place and made sure things were stocked and working until closing. Okay, I am here to warn my fellow picky eaters. I absolutely love Chipotle and go here all the time. But, I also have had bad experiences. I like to order a simple, two ingredient, double beef barbacoa and white rice. On multiple occasions, my order was wrong. I usually order online and pick it up, so this also adds onto the problem. But I don't understand how an employee can make a huge burrito and stuff sour cream (I hate sour cream), tomato salsa, lettuce, etc into a two ingredient burrito then slap on a sticker that says something completely different than they just made. Or another time, they accidentally put the wrong sticker on the wrong burrito and I got someone else's order (they told me this). It's absolutely disappointing going home and seeing the wrong order. But every time I get the right one, it's always super good. The portions do vary all the time though. read more

Perhaps the worst Chipotle location in the entire restaurant chain. From the lack of management leadership, to the disgusting floors, the nasty counters, tables to the shift manager coughing over the food, blowing her nose then literally wiping the residual snot from her nose onto her shirt. This establishment is by far the WORST I've ever been to. All of them are disgusting but this one wins the nasty award. Untrained employees, undercooked chicken, nasty dinning room along with the lack of enthusiasm from the employees. Ordered carry out catering order. I will start with my biggest complaint: The steak was all fat and gristle. It was pretty much inedible. I had to spit out half the pieces and I am the kind of guy who likes fat on steak. The chicken had zero flavor. We got heaping pukes of rice, but hardly any protein. You cannot serve steak like that. I would give zero stars if I could. when was the last time the health department inspected this place? when was the last time employees had reviews? went there for dinner and it will the last time. the girl who started the order acted as if she had more important things to do, she made customers feel rushed. the nastiness of the "hot foods" was disgusting with cross contamination, cold chicken and steak, the fajita vegetable looked they were old produce and tasted worse. asked for some pinto beans and they were slopped onto my order with so much liquid i wasnt sure if the liquid was even from the pinto beans or another type of food,but also my husbands burrito making it very messy to eat. the griller was burning the food as every piece of meat was black, he may like his food cooked burnt but that is not what is advertised---maybe clean the grilling station? the dining room was a disgusting pig sty! food and crumbs all over the table tops which felt like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. the sauce bottles looked like they have never been cleaned with a clean towel and one of the green bottles didnt have a top--not exactly sanitary now is it? I felt bad for the two familes I saw that were trying to clean their tables with just the napkins they found. it took them about 10 minutes to clean , is that why chipotle has become? later in the evening my husband got sick, wonder what is was he ate that made him sick....oh wait...he ate at this location. we will be traveling to any other chipotle than this one. it should be closed..maybe I will call the health department read more

Ive been going here for years. For the last year something either went wrong in management or employee work ethic because the food and online ordering has been terrible. The last three online pickup orders ive picked up have been totally wrong. I even got totally different meat in my bowl. Twice!! No toppings nothing i work in the food business so im utterly confused how you get a written down order so wrong. The meat has been pretty odd as well like not fully cooked weird hard pieces in it. I dont know whats going on with this place i still will come but i have to order inside because at least i can watch them make it. The people inside are always lovely as well. I went to go pick up my order and it wasn't ready and it was five minutes late and I really needed to be somewhere and then on top of that I ordered three things and two of the three things were prepared wrong, this is completely unacceptable and the cheese was bad and really got one fork for three entrées so this is just unacceptable. I went through drive through to pick up our order. My 11 year old son was super excited to get chipotle. I admit that I made a simple mistake doing the online order... when we got home, he noticed there was avocado instead of chicken in his soft taco. I returned to chipotle with the mistake tacos, and explained to manager it was an honest mistake. She declined to make me the chx taco to replace the wrong order unless I paid for the chx taco. I simply read it wrong on the app when ordering. I thought I was adding avocado instead of ONLY avocado. People do make silly mistakes on the app when ordering. She wasn't having it. Awful customer service. People at the window do not even say hello and the last time I went inside, I was completely ignored for 10 minutes. This location by far is the worst Chipotle for service and quality of food. The servings are always considerably smaller than other locations. Burritos are literally half the size of the location on Hall road. We now make the extra drive to Hall road or Qdoba. read more

Consistently the worst chipotle i've ever gone to. Do not EVER order online at this location, they will skimp out on proportions, as well as quality. Furthermore they never make their guac correctly, chipotle is KNOWN for their guac and i am a fanatic of this guac, however this location never ever gets it right, something is always missing, sometimes it's as simple as salt, the amount of times i've had to season my own guac from this place once i get home or add a diced purple onion just so the guac is at least okay. Once I had gotten half of my side of guac being a completely unmashed avacado. I've had steak with giant chunks of fat or very little steak at all when i always pay for double meat. I will include pictures of everything im referencing because i have had enough. The staff is okay for the most part, but do yourself a favor and just go to the one by lakeside mall, much better experience over there vs this location. read more
