How is a Chipotle ALWAYS out of steak? This is the second time I've gone around a lunch or dinner rush and they were completely out of steak with no back up. We're talking, 15-20 min wait. As an alternative, I chose the honey Chipotle chicken which was drenched in what I can only describe as a honey syrup. I've never seen it this soupy before. They're in a rush for no reason. I ordered a burrito and bowl. I had two employees asking me what's in each bowl AT THE SAME TIME! Portions are smaller than usual. I got extra steak for $5.60 for them to give me 10 mini cubes. Shouldn't the portion be the full spoon, not half? Asked for red sauce on the side and got a couple of corns in it. II came in today because I live between the two Chipotle locations in the area. The one in the strip mall by Target was busy, so I decided to try this location instead. Unfortunately, it was a big mistake. The employees seemed very uncomfortable taking orders and looked confused when I placed mine. I asked for a side of white rice, which I've ordered many times before. I don't eat meat, so I usually just order plain rice without toppings. When I asked for the rice on the side, I was told it would only go in a small cup like the ones used for guacamole. At the other location, they normally put it in a bowl when I request it that way. Since I reheat the rice later, I prefer it plain and separate from things like guacamole. It felt like a simple and reasonable request, but the response I received made the experience frustrating. I've been here a handful of times and have never had an issue re: supply and my rice bowl demands. The staff are very friendly and I'm definitely a fan of their sweet tea. The location is clean and I've never had to wait in line. I live in the area and I make an effort to visit "off peak" - meaning I don't visit at lunch time. I always get a rice bowl with steak and nothing I ever order is "out." This location is open until 11p, which is convenient for Late-night burrito hounds. Really poor customer service. Sloppy on making the food. Inconsistent portions and very poor verbal communication and customer service. When I requested my meal and they were applying the protein, rice beans, etc. I explained to them what I wanted and when they were putting chicken on my tacos, they were putting a very marginal amount which is less than what their routine amount is I know this because I eat chipotle often and I do not mind paying for extra meat mind you However, the person running the register told the guy making my tacos. Hey did he request extra meat and I looked at him and said I didn't request extra meat. I request the appropriate portion and he ignored me and I said hey did you hear me and he ignored me again so I just left and I said enjoy those tacos and he said have a good day, sir. Worst chipotle there is the staff is super unfriendly and they try to skimp you on every scoop of food. If you ask for extra, they will try to charge you for it. If you ask for more than one side of sour cream, they will try to charge you for it. My coworker and I ordered our lunch and when I looked at my guacamole it was brown ish. Last time it was that color from this location I still decided to eat it and I got sick. So when I went and asked to switch it out the first girl was nice but then next one that came out to assist had attitude right off the bat. I explained that i can't eat this because last time I did i got sick. She then got me a "fresh" one and it was the same color. And I then asked if I can just get the queso instead because I can't eat that guacamole. She just grabbed it from my hand and handed me the queso and said nothing to me. I wasn't being difficult, I wasn't rude, I was very nice for the whole process. That guacamole was sitting out for too long and went bad. Simple as that. Exciting times that a new chipotle has opened! Decided to tryout the drive thru pickup window at this location. I mobile ordered our food, then we went thru the drive thru window to pick it up. It was the fastest chipotle experience I've ever had. Loved that we didn't have to get out of the car. The staff was friendly and quick. I like that this location has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating availability. It would've been cool if they had done something special for opening day. Extremely terrible service. Needs new management. The manager told me to shut up for questioning why the line server was shorting on the portion so much. I asked for double meat, I will happily pay as expected, but when you go to scoop the chicken and only let half of it off the spoon and put the rest back and not in the bowl, what is the purpose of the spoon that is supposed to be the portion size? Not to mention, I buy 5 meals for my employees every time I'm there so I'm a happy spending customer, so when my first order served by one line server is normal portion, then the second one served by the always skimping line server is noticeably way off, I question it. The manager flips out on me and tells me to shut up. Worst Chipotle ever. I received some comp vouchers for entrees and guacs from corporate a while back and was excited to cash them in at the new location. The employees were so rude. The middle aged cashier acted like the free entrees were coming out of his wages. He had an attitude once he saw us pulling up the QR codes. He wouldn't let us use the "Free Guac" code and told us we needed to purchase something to use it, even though, the corporate issued voucher didn't say anything about needing to purchase an item to redeem it. The kitchen was dirty and disorganized, disgusting for a new store. The manager was also a middle age man who was lacking in management skills, he overheard the cashier making up his own rules and just smirked at the cashier like some mean girls. Just some bitter old men who seem miserable and had absolutely no professionalism working at a fast food restaurant. I called corporate to inquire about the comp guac guidelines and they said all of their issued vouchers are "No Purchase Necessary". Corporate took information about the store and then gave us more vouchers for the mishap lol. I'll drive out of my way to avoid this miserable fast food location. And all other reviews are correct, it's ALL rice and almost no protein. read more

I've given this location a handful of tries now. There's so many bad reviews on here and on google and not one response from them and clearly not listening to the reviews. I didn't want to give 2 stars because the food isn't horrible, but I'll be going to the other location down the street from now on. I've felt with attitudes a few times, them being out of things at 8/9 o'clock and saying they're not making more, portions being eh... today I ordered a burrito and watched as the employee clearly in a rush slapped 2 massive mounds of rice, slung 2 massive mounds of beans, I mean really way more than I've ever seen on a burrito... then slung maybe a 3/4 spoon of chicken on? Looked like a couple oz. Asked for more and they charged for double meat. Not the end of the world obviously to give a 1 star but this has just been numerous times where they seem to skimp on the protein and load you on the fillers to save money. Inconsistent service, inconsistent quality, inconsistent servings. The location over on ball pointe blvd is night and day better service. read more

HORRIBLE!!!! I live in the area and was so happy to see that they built a Chipotle less than a couple of miles away from my residence- however it has become so inconvenient ordering from this location. On multiple occasions I have gone to this location around 8/8:30 pm and they have been out of white rice. Yes this may seem like such a minute thing however with the location having close to the 3 hours to close and essentially just saying "eff it- we won't replace any hot items on the bar" is absolutely absurd. What was even more astounding was on about my 4th time encountering this situation I asked the person: "is this something that happens very often" and he flat out stated yes... WTH? Aside from these instances today's was my last straw. I proceed to enter the establishment hoping to just get a quesadilla so I don't have to deal with the rice situation (ironically they had enough white rice) and was informed that they can't be ordered through the bar ,I can only order it online. In my head I'm thinking okay that's fine, I'll just place the order and drop off my sleeping toddler and partner and come back and pick it up. Well as I order my 2 kids quesadillas (which CAN be ordered through the bar?????) and my partners bowl I ask for half Barbacoa and half Al Pastor on the bowl- granted the guy hardly put very much of either on the bowl. Because it was less than I typically get at other Chipotle establishments I asked could you add just a tiny bit more Al Pastor, he said if I add it it will be charged as double meat- I decide it's fine and not worth it I'm ok with what's on the bowl. Well once he finished adding the other toppings to the bowl and I go to check out and I notice my total is higher than expected I ask the person (assuming manager) if he could go over the charges and he said there was a charge for extra meat I question this and he flat out says: "Well it looked like a lot of meat" In like I'm sorry but I was told IF I GOT EXTRA AL PASTOR IT WOULD BE EXTRA- to which I did not get extra. In front of me he turns to the colleague making the bowl and states: I was watching you make the bowl and you put too much meat. You need to remake the bowl. At this point I'm speechless..... WTF???? I turn to the assumed manager and state: You know what it's fine I'm going to another Chipotle because this is ridiculous. So not only was your business stingy on meat, you lost the sale at the end, AND potential future sales but this was all ok for what??? So you didn't have to replace any hot items on the bar for the remainder of the night???? Literally went to the location down the street and what do you know they are adding a fresh batch of meat AND rice. All this to say don't waste your time at this location please. read more
