Essentially, they did nothing to rectify the issue. In retrospect, it almost tasted as if the food had been adulterated in some manner because of the taste and physical appearance. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. I ordered two bowls in advance on the app for pickup in the drive-thru. Upon receiving my food, I could tell that it was not hot and had likely been made much too early, but I decided not to bother the team and went home. I got home, stuck my husband's bowl in the fridge, and settled in for mine--it had my sticker but was the completely wrong bowl inside. I ordered carnitas, received chicken; ordered white rice, received brown rice; ordered no beans, received black beans. Literally the only correct thing was the salsa. I then left my house where I had been settled in for the night with this bowl. When I arrived back at Chipotle, the inside line was nearly out the door, so I decided to hop back in the drive-thru line. I waited approximately five minutes to have the window answered. I explained the concern and even apologized for the hassle. The employee sighed and said to "wait here just a minute." He proceeded to, for the next fifteen minutes, make other orders, never coming back. After sitting there for fifteen minutes, another employee came to the window and asked for my name. I explained the situation. He told me to come inside. Why, when I had been in this line for 20 minutes, should I come inside? The first employee told me to wait there, and the whole reason I came through the drive-thru was because of how busy the inside was. Regardless, I gave in and went inside, where I had to explain my predicament to yet another employee. They did remake my bowl, which I took home. Just in case, I decide to pull my husband's bowl out of the fridge to check. Also completely wrong. I tried to file a complaint on Chipotle's website, now an hour and a half past when I was supposed to have had my dinner, but the site clearly has a place but doesn't actually let you go through the steps to submit. Then I tried to do the online chat, and, as soon as the service employee joined the chat I received an automated message that they can't compensate for all "slight imperfection." Slight imperfection? My bowls were cold and completely wrong, and the team members at this store were incredibly disorganized and unhelpful. I then tried to call corporate Chipotle to complain, and, as soon as I was told I was being transferred, the line simply went quiet as I waited until I hung up. I will literally go out of my way to avoid going to this Chipotle ever again. Thought about boycotting Chipotle as a whole, but I eventually was able to go higher up and receive corporate help through Chipotle social media. Edit: The Chipotle bot auto-responds and asks the complainee to contact them. Please note that Chipotle, very unprofessionally, will not--through online submission, online chat, or even phone call--allow you to file a complaint. Really, really wrong. Don't ask for feedback if you won't take it, and, honestly, don't act like some caring company when you're doing something so unprofessional and time-wasting. I went to chipotle for dinner after a long day at work. I look online to see when they close. They close at 11. I get there at 10:35 and I walk up to the door and the lady working tells us not to come in. They should not be able to close early. I drove all the way to chipotle and I was so excited to have my delicious bowl. but no! They closed early. I had to settle and eat at Arby's. I am extremely dissatisfied and upset. I have been to this location multiple times and do the Chipotlane! The employees are extremely friendly and make sure you are satisfied with your order! They even seal your bag with a sticker letting us know that they are wearing gloves at all times and washing their hands constantly! Thank you Chipotle! If I could leave no stars I would. Just ordered online and picked up at the drive through. As expected, my order was incomplete - no fajita veggies... again. Had I not asked about it, the employee at the window would not have told me. When I asked why this constantly happens at this location, she brought the manager over. I explained the situation that nearly every time I visit this location, they are out of something (usually fajita veggies). She suggested all the veggies they got in were rotten. It gets worse, when I expressed my displeasure and that this is likely the worst Chipotle in the area, she said sarcastically "I'm sorry, have a great night" and I started to drive away she started laughing hysterically. Now this is the store manager that took over this store in March. And she's going to laugh at a customer? Finally, when I got home, I realized they didn't put the lettuce on the burritos. My food was absolutely bland. The white rice was plain - no seasoning whatsoever. Chicken was dry, and the lettuce was cut into very big chunks which is not typical. And when ordering extra chicken, I would expect more than 8 pieces in the bowl. Even the chips were missing the lime flavor. If I could give no stars I would. I've been to this chipotle 3 times in a row and I can tell you it's a horrible experience every time. It always seems short staffed. There is always 1 person on the line when they need more. One time the cashier was running the line and the register. There seems to be no Managment presence. No direction. Seems to be a free for all inside. Every time I come to this chipotle there seems to be a line so I know they are busy. Another time, they were out of rice on the line without any back ups made. This used to be the best Chipotle around but about a month ago something happened. We went to get our order and only the drive through was open. It took two hours to get through the line. The police had to be called as cars were stuck in the lanes that needed to get out and couldn't as traffic was a mess. When we got home the order was all messed up. Tried to call the district manager and left a message about this and never a return call. Bad customer service by the district manager and staff if you ask me. they didn't have enough chicken or rice for us and instead of giving us an option to wait they just said "we have none left" and they were very rude and nonchalant about it. the young lady was also very rude instead of politely asking us what we wanted she said "what do you want" and was very rude about it. the food also had a lot of salt in it and didn't fill our bowls enough.they also didn't have change to give us and refused to re fill the ice machine. i've been working in the fast food industry for 3 years and never have i had a day where i was rude to a customer nor have i not had enough to change to give them. very poor customer service will never come here again. read more

I'm not exactly sure what is going on with this location, lately. Usually it's great, perfect even. Last 2 visits in the last week were very weird. Placed an online order for pick up. When we went to pick it up the store was closed. Called the other Chipotle nearby and was told they closed up early and to go to the website for a refund. We did that through the chat (there really is no other way). Ordered again a week later from the same location and now they had signs that they were only taking online orders and the line was out of the lot blocking those that were trying to leave. Once the window opened it seemed busy and I just wanted to get the food and go. Our order was completely screwed up. Noticed an employee just walked out the door like he was done during what seemed like a very busy night. Not sure if there is mistreatment of employees and they're taking it down from the inside or what but something definitely changed. Would avoid this location in the near future. read more
