Once again, the Painesville OH store located at 200 Richmond Street provided hard cold food and slow service! I waited in line a half hour with 4 cars ahead of us. Came home and we were shorted a chicken bowl and the food we did receive was terrible. The chicken and biscuits were hard and dried out. Last week I was there about 6PM and there was a 45 minute wait due to the staff cleaning a fryer. Why would you close the store at dinner time to clean a fryer! Close your store permantly already!! The one that fell under the counter 2 months ago and has been kicked around and whoever just started their shift just picked it up and fried it. Hope remains though, I love their fries.
