I don't usually complain , but yesterday we paid nearly $20.00 for 8 pcs of inedible chicken. It was 1:00 in the afternoon but the chicken was obviously made in the early morning. Once again, the Painesville OH store located at 200 Richmond Street provided hard cold food and slow service! I waited in line a half hour with 4 cars ahead of us. Came home and we were shorted a chicken bowl and the food we did receive was terrible. The chicken and biscuits were hard and dried out. Last week I was there about 6PM and there was a 45 minute wait due to the staff cleaning a fryer. Why would you close the store at dinner time to clean a fryer! Close your store permantly already!!
