I am on the Optavia diet and my book recommended the Paelo dish so I thought I would give it a try. It's not really on the menu but you can ask for it and they have a little instruction guide to use for the ingredients. I will have to say it's delicious, hot and a nice serving! It was a good change from what I had been eating and I will definitely be back for more! read more

The employees are SO RUDE. Their portions are also TERRIBLE. They give half portions of rice and a THIRD of a portion of protein. it's the most stingy chipotle i've ever been too. I will never go there again. read more

Rice was crunchy probably 20% of it 15 dollars for a bowl and a small drink you could add a little bit more chicken bowl was all rice and add ins cheese pico and sour cream. Service was fine I gave up on excellent service from any fast food place except chick fil a being the only exception. Raise the price I could count the small pcs of chicken in my bowl 9-10 small pcs probably same as 1/3 of a full chicken thigh I have eaten at several chipotle locations across the country and I now know why this location has a poor rating. read more

Never eat here. Just like every chipotle, they didn't give me a full scoop of steak. The employees were on their phones instead of working. Just go to south depot for the same price and 3x the protein. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - My order instructions that were not followed - Fast Food Near Me - Oxford, Mississippi

Waited 45 minutes for a mobile order, got home and found no chicken in my bowl. Terrible service

The crew was nice, I saw 6 people working, but this store is SO DIRTY. The food line looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. The drinks area was sticky everywhere. The specialty drinks were empty. Plasticware was empty. The trash cans were overflowing. I took my food to go because I didn't want to touch any surfaces. read more

The food is usually pretty good, but the workers are absolutely horrible. I've never been served by a person with any sense of efficiency or consideration. I order on the app quite a bit, and my order is always wrong. They also never keep anything stocked, yet they won't tell you until after they've assembled your order. I come in 2/3 hours before closing and they are "out" of everything, but thats a lie. read more

Having enjoyed Chipotle in other parts of the country, I can assure you that this one will disappoint. They were out of guacamole for about a month. Today, they are out of all fajita veggies. I placed an order for pickup, paid, and when I arrived at the store, after the time I was told the food would be ready, there was no food. There is a huge line and I can't seem to even get a refund for the items I ordered, which they don't have and don't seem to care to make. The staff shows a lack of urgency despite the chaos. I have been robbed by trying to order food online, and I'd like a refund for the food they don't have. I highly recommend you find another option in Oxford. read more

I went with my family to stand in line to be told we couldn't order quesadillas in the store they had to be ordered online and paid for over the Internet. Well out of our party of four we wanted 3 quesadillas. While trying to order them online, it wouldn't let you select to add cheese or veggies including onions and bell peppers. The in store manager told me I could order them on the side, but that option wasn't available as he said it was online. Has anyone else ever been turned away from a physical food counter being told no you can't order that here you have to order it online? Well they just lost a customer for life. read more

I don't think they have ever gotten my order correct in the 6 years that I have lived in this town. It's honestly crazy

I ordered a barbacoa bowl and asked for pinto beans, salsa, guacamole, lettuce, sour cream and cheese. I did not get lettuce, sour cream, or cheese on it at all. The bowl was leaking so the bag was soggy and it was just complete carelessness. read more

Absolutely horrible. They are always out of everything and do nothing to fix it. Workers move at a snails pace and the rice was crunchy and sour. Never going back here. read more

This chipotle is aweful if you like terrible service and being treated like a dog you would love this chipotle. When I ask them for guacamole they tell me they are out wile I watch them scoop guacamole onto other people online order. The workers don't care about any customers and they have ruined chipotle for the rest of my life. read more

This is probably the worst run chipotle in the country. Orders for pickup and delivery are wrong 90% of the time and I'm not exaggerating I've maybe gotten my correct order once. The chips are always soggy. The kitchen is a mess. The workers seem poorly trained as there's always food quality issues and they aren't even generous with portions. It's been like this for 5 years now at least probably longer. They deserve to be shut down. read more

my salad was a soup. I asked for light rice and got a heaping ladle. light sour cream and the same thing. then they were rude to my kids and didn't even let them add the things they wanted before rushing to check them out. employees were just slinging food instead of taking a little pride in their work. talking about work related issues in front of their customers and you could tell their attitude was because of the issue. read more

Food tonight was absolutely horrible ... I sent my mom to get me a chicken bowl and I have a bowl full of rice and beans .

Let me start by saying THANK YOU to the young lady that I'm certain, took it upon herself to spend her own money, and add hand soap for the ladies in the restroom from BATH AND BODY WORKS! It's been 7 weeks and yes I've been counting! No Soap until recently. The constant late nights without a complete menu available and they close at 11:00, why stay open if you're done cooking? The trash the lobby holds is atrocious! The line isn't kept, it's stays filthy! Serving line glass. There's never any Management assistance or presence, just nothing! No one giving reasons why there's several things ALWAYS unavailable. My Husbands a Nut for this tasteless bland chicken, the gummy rice, the watery Queso, the stale chips, the burnt scorched beans. I'm mentally exhausted from giving them chance after chance, and our money. I'm at the point where my Husband will have to learn to get our money's worth where the food is worth the money. I'm convinced that Corporate doesn't visit this location, nor does it hold its Store Manager accountable. It's not all about making grand theft money without delivering! This shit isn't cheap. I'm waiting for the newest location near our home to open. If he has to have it, i pray we can get what we pay for, from people that don't turn their backs to the business and its customers. Shut Jackson Ave Chipotle all the way down. It's a disgrace. read more

Haven't had an experience like this in a long time. They had no steak and there beans and rice were not even cooked. On top of that the staff had the worst attitude except for the very nice man at the cash register. When I asked for chicken they gave me a tiny scoop of it out of a salsa container. Do not go here just put me in a bad mood. Also the rice is hard as rocks and very very salted. Great chicken bowl today. Everything crazy fresh I'm done with this review. It was great food and service read more

Never really though I would review a chipotle but here we are. First, if you don't absolutely love your food drenched in sour cream, don't ask for even a half scoop here. Full scoops of protein are more like half scoops here, and if you ask for a fair amount, they'll look at you in disgust. There is a reason that south depot has a line all day and this place doesn't. read more

Simple, but diverse add-ons for burritos tacos bowl and salad. Decently sized sides and drinks.

Bad bad bad bad bad Sad sad sad sad sad Went to chipotle today Only met with with dismay Ordered some quac on my bowl Guac was trash and I left unfull Said I'll take some chips with that The man gave me a smile and fixed his hat Little did I know the chips were stale Chipotle was happy because they still got that sale Next time I come here I won't come at all Because it's bulking szn and I ain't tryna get small Food was so bad thought I might choke Hope they change it before they go broke read more

Save your money, go to Taco Bell, the 3 hr wait isn't worth the over priced food. Taco Bell faster and better.

Warning: Sofritas usually contain meat! Despite repeated complaints the management refuses to relocate or cover the Sofritas, their vegetarian option, so that it does not get contaminated with meat. Several times now I have found chunks of steak that have accidentally fallen into the Sofritas due to where they put the container. At first I thought it was just careless, now after repeated complaints and suggestions to either move it or cover it it's become insulting. I will never step in that place or any other Chipotle and I don't recommend you do if you are veg. South Depot is a much better option locally. They cover their tofu so it doesn't get contaminated!! read more

If i could give this restaurant less than 1 star i would. I wouldn't give this bowl i ordered today to my worst enemy. It was disgusting underwhelming and a huge disappointment. I am a regular at least 3 times every week or two. I am constantly being let down by this establishment. I would rather drive an hour to Memphis then go back to this chipotle. The customer service is the worst I've ever received, they need to look into new management and head quarters will be getting a call. My order was very clear and easy and they. couldn't even get that right. The person that made my bowl clearly needs to be fired. When i received my bowl it had about a teaspoon amount of rice, chicken was just fatty chicken and not to mention they left off the cheese (most of it) and most importantly, the sour cream and corn salsa. After calling the restaurant very disappointed they said they could not do anything to help me. They wouldn't even release the name of the employee that made the bowl and ruined the whole thing. Will never be goin to this location again. It needs to be shut down ASAP read more
