Having enjoyed Chipotle in other parts of the country, I can assure you that this one will disappoint. They were out of guacamole for about a month. Today, they are out of all fajita veggies. I placed an order for pickup, paid, and when I arrived at the store, after the time I was told the food would be ready, there was no food. There is a huge line and I can't seem to even get a refund for the items I ordered, which they don't have and don't seem to care to make. The staff shows a lack of urgency despite the chaos. I went with my family to stand in line to be told we couldn't order quesadillas in the store they had to be ordered online and paid for over the Internet. Well out of our party of four we wanted 3 quesadillas. While trying to order them online, it wouldn't let you select to add cheese or veggies including onions and bell peppers. The in store manager told me I could order them on the side, but that option wasn't available as he said it was online. It's been 7 weeks and yes I've been counting! No Soap until recently. The constant late nights without a complete menu available and they close at 11:00, why stay open if you're done cooking? The trash the lobby holds is atrocious! The line isn't kept, it's stays filthy! Serving line glass. There's never any Management assistance or presence, just nothing! No one giving reasons why there's several things ALWAYS unavailable. My Husbands a Nut for this tasteless bland chicken, the gummy rice, the watery Queso, the stale chips, the burnt scorched beans. I'm mentally exhausted from giving them chance after chance, and our money. I'm at the point where my Husband will have to learn to get our money's worth where the food is worth the money. I'm convinced that Corporate doesn't visit this location, nor does it hold its Store Manager accountable. It's not all about making grand theft money without delivering! This shit isn't cheap. Haven't had an experience like this in a long time. They had no steak and there beans and rice were not even cooked. On top of that the staff had the worst attitude except for the very nice man at the cash register. When I asked for chicken they gave me a tiny scoop of it out of a salsa container. Warning: Sofritas usually contain meat! Despite repeated complaints the management refuses to relocate or cover the Sofritas, their vegetarian option, so that it does not get contaminated with meat. Several times now I have found chunks of steak that have accidentally fallen into the Sofritas due to where they put the container. At first I thought it was just careless, now after repeated complaints and suggestions to either move it or cover it it's become insulting. I will never step in that place or any other Chipotle and I don't recommend you do if you are veg. South Depot is a much better option locally. If i could give this restaurant less than 1 star i would. I wouldn't give this bowl i ordered today to my worst enemy. It was disgusting underwhelming and a huge disappointment. I am a regular at least 3 times every week or two. I am constantly being let down by this establishment. I would rather drive an hour to Memphis then go back to this chipotle. The customer service is the worst I've ever received, they need to look into new management and head quarters will be getting a call. My order was very clear and easy and they. couldn't even get that right. The person that made my bowl clearly needs to be fired. When i received my bowl it had about a teaspoon amount of rice, chicken was just fatty chicken and not to mention they left off the cheese (most of it) and most importantly, the sour cream and corn salsa. After calling the restaurant very disappointed they said they could not do anything to help me. They wouldn't even release the name of the employee that made the bowl and ruined the whole thing.
